This is a unresolved matter with my car yes a towing company also handled my vehicle but the towing company have paper work stating there was no marks on my car when they deliver it to city world Hyundai I also speak with the *** of the towing company *** who was very cooperative with me returned my calls and also state he will talk to anyone to let them no of this situation but when I called city world Hyundai all I got was a run around no return call had to keep calling them also upon speak with three *** I was told no one could do anything about it so do what I need to do very rude customer service they was very rude from the start when they ask me to pay them instead of abiding by my wire and tire contract all I want is for city world Hyundai to take responsibility for there careless workmanship thank you!!!

 In specifying that I wanted a bluelink equipped vehicle as I was originally under the impression my car had that feature, the general manager took that as an opportunity to rip me off some more. His sales associate texted me that he wanted to see me, when I talked to the general manager, his words exactly were " I dont need to help you, but im going to". His idea of helping me was taking my car that I just finished leasing a lil over a month ago as a trade in, then applying that to the more expensive version of my car that is actually equipped with the feature bluelink. They wanted me to pay more than I already was and it was their mistake to begin with (unbelievable) I walked out of the dealership and am now exploring my legal alternatives, simply put, going to city world hyundai was the single worst retail experience of my life. The general manager is pure human trash, it was a waste of my time to go there, I took the day off from work and everything. I really dont know what more to say. They were horrible beyond belief, I just wish I had recorded the general manager so the world could know exactly what they are dealing with when stepping foot into that business.

To Whom It May Concern: Upon learning of the discontentment and complaint of our customer [redacted], our sales team member Kareem immediately contacted him to offer assistance and find a resolution to the matter. [redacted] was made aware that the manufacturer does not offer BlueLink / Bluetooth on the Hyundai Elantra ECO model that he had purchased from our store. He was also told that we would be willing to assist him as best we could. We offered [redacted] the opportunity to purchase the limited model, which not only comes equipped with the BlueLink/ Bluetooth feature; but it also has several other options. The difference in price between the two vehicles is approximately $5000 - of which City World Hyundai offered to pay $2500. When offered this deal, [redacted] declined to absorb any of the cost. We then told him our offer would stand in the event he changed his mind and we will not go back on our word. We want nothing more than to satisfy the needs of this and every client. We have issued a $200 refund to [redacted]'s credit card as requested and have email a copy of the refund to her.

Review: I Purchased an 2013 Hyundai Elantra on or about December 2012 , The sales person involve was [redacted], after I decided to purchase the vehicle I was then instructed to talk to the finance person I don’t remember his name, the finance person stated to me that it will be to my best interest to purchase an protection plan on the vehicle and I can cancel at any time. I purchased the protection plan for approximately $1300.00 dollars I paid for the extended policy on my debit card, separate from the financing done on the vehicle . December **, 2013 I decided to cancel the protection plan I purchased. I contacted [redacted] the sales person whom instructed me to talk to the new finance person because the other individual no longer works there. The finance person stated he can’t refund my money because I still owe money on the vehicle. I then contacted Hyundai customer connect and explained my disappointment with the Hyundai dealer ship they took my complaint and provided me a complaint number ([redacted]) I received a call in January 2014 from Hyundai Customer complaint center informing me that the dealer ship will be sending me a check shortly. I received a tex message from [redacted] informing me that I will be receiving a check for $844.06 I asked him how did they calculate that reduced amount and the policy cost me $1300.00 dollars. And the policy is less than a year old. I stated to him please provide me with the breakdown of how you came to that amount, I never receive a response. I was contacted numerous times by a sales person named [redacted], I stated to [redacted] please put the check in the mail along with how City world Hyundai came to that reduced refund amount. As to date I have not received my refund and the breakdown of how my funds was applied to the protection plan.Desired Settlement: send full refund in the mail.

Review: I leased a vehicle from Cityworld Hyundai in the Bronx. I called them to schedule an appointment for a lease-end inspection. Naturally, I wanted the car to be inspected at the dealership where I made the purchase. The woman who answered the phone took a reservation for me to come in Monday, June [redacted] at 7 a.m. to drop the car off and pick it up later that day. I arrived at 7 a.m., and waited two hours until an employee showed up. It was [redacted] of the dealership who proceeded to tell me there were no reservations available. He took no responsibility for what his employee told me on the phone. The employee clearly did not have the authority to schedule appointments, but scheduled one anyway and this [redacted] instead acted dismissive from the start and accepted no accountability for the actions of an employee that answers to him. I do not know the [redacted]'s name because he failed to introduce himself.Desired Settlement: Schedule appointments that can actually be kept.

Review: On 7/**/14, my daughter purchased a car at City World Hyundai. She needed to supply a paid lien proof that the car she traded in was all paid up. Because she did not have it on her, she was charged $500.00 to be on "hold" until the proof was supplied. I let them use MY credit card for the 500.00 as my daughter did not have a card on her. On 7/**/14 I personally brought them the lien release from Chase bank. They gave me a copy of a form in which they asked for my 500.00 to be returned and then assured me I would have my refund shortly. Today is 8/**/14 and I still do not have my refund of 500.00. I called the on 8/**/14 and the finance [redacted] wasn't available, the [redacted] was not answering his line and the only person that could take my message was the receptionist. I called my credit card company and they have the issued a TEMPORARY credit until they can work with City World. This is not right. As a retired bookkeeper, I know exactly what is involved in issuing a credit card credit, and it does not take over a month! I need help. I am a senior citizen and do not wish to argue or fight with these people. I just expected better of them as I also purchased my car from them in 2012.Desired Settlement: I want an apology for their rudeness and I want my $500.00 in cash, as we gave them $10,000.00 deposit in CASH. (My daughter did!)

Review: I live in [redacted] and which purchased a 2012 hyundai Veloster Red with a little black in very good condition on buying the vehicle I was told to purchase tire and rim coverage in which I did cause it a sport care with special tires and rim and the car didnt come with a spare. on 3/**/15 I have visited my family and hit a pot hole and had my car towed to the Service Department of city world Hyundai [redacted] after receiving my car back on 3/**/15 there was scratch all over my rims in which I got repaired already with my coverage and there was two Visible scratch on my red car handle in which before driving off the lot a speak with a [redacted] by the name of [redacted] who was very rude and seem not to have a care that my car was damaged in his worker care he told me do what I need to do cause he not doing nothing I even tryed talking to a general [redacted] by the name of ceaser in which he told me he speak with [redacted] and there nothing he can do so I called the corporate office and which they said sorry and would pay half in which I should call hyundai back and ask them to pay the other half in which they refused my offer so from this point im tired of trying to reason with them and ready for court.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the damage put on my car and the towing company was great I asked for a report on my car they gave it to me but when asked where is the report for my car from city world hyundai one [redacted] by the name of [redacted] said they had it but [redacted] refuse to gave it to me say there was no paper work but what he gave me which is my receipt....

Review: I purchased my 2000 BMW 323i with 59300 miles in July of 2013. The sales guy [redacted] told me that it was a great car and that I wouldnt have any problems no time soon. Before I left off the lot I was told that the battery keeps going dead but they would replace it and for me to pick up the car the next day. The next day I received a phone call from City World stating that I can pick up my car because everything was done. I drove the car to my home and left it parked because I was going to Puerto Rico for a week. I came back and the car was dead. Knowning that it had not been started the whole time I was gone, I gave it at jump and let in run for an hour. The next morning I came to start it and it was dead again. I took it to my local service shop and they explained to me that the battery I was given does not go to my car and that it was too weak for the type of car I have. I contacted the dealership and I explained the situation and they told me to bring it in and that they would replace it. I also explained to them about I had a winshield wiper fluid leak and also regarding smoke coming from my vents and engine. This was all before the 30days. I got my car back 2 days later and I was told that they have to order the part from BMW and that they would call when it came it. Never received a call and weeks had passed by. I brought the car to them on wednesday Sept ** and explained to them all the issues I was having (smoke coming from vents/engine, wheel aligment, windows working when they felt like it, brakes were bad, tires need to be replaced) I was told that I would have my car back by Friday but never contacted by anyone. I called and spoke to a guy name [redacted] and he explained to me that "Customer Satifaction is number 1" and that he was going to check on my car progress and to call him back at 1pm Sat Sept **. I contacted him mulitple times 1pm, 2pm, 4pm and never received a call back. Until this day I still have not heard from him. I contacted the service dealership Mon Sept ** myself and told them I was coming to pick up my car Today Sept ** whether its ready or not. I don't think anyone should have to go through such a headache when it comes to Customer Satisfaction. I was simply told CUSTOMERS are number 1 but it seemed like customers came last in less you were standing in front of them. I WOULD "NOT" recommend this dealership to anyone and I don't plan on coming back ever. The car still has smoke coming from the engine and the wheel aligment is still off. It only has 59,500 miles. I also checked the battery and they said it was new but they replaced it with the same WEAK BRAND that does not go to the car, so basically everything was just a waste of time and me not having my car for almost a week.Desired Settlement: I gave City World a $1,734 deposit which did not go towards my loan when I financed it. I feel like I can take that money and have the car fixed myself at a shop of my choice.

I have chosen to ACCEPT this response due to this situation going on and on. I purchased the car in July and its already December. Even though I am still not satisfied with how I was treated by this dealership I am choosing the option of walking away and counting my loses. Maybe this can be a learning experience for all of us.

Review: I bought a new car from City ford dealer on may * 2013. I was pressured into buying the car because before I even knew how much it was going to cost monthly, they had already drove the car off the showroom floor and put it on the street and also put the registration and plates including the insurance on the car, then they called me into their office and told me how much I will pay. the salesman before hand asked me how much I was looking to pay a month I said $200 or $300 a month. I am now paying $615.00 they also had me sign for a warranty without telling me that it was a $4,500 dollar warranty and didn't tell me it was optional. now there is a recall on this car, there is a piece in the gas tank that can crack and if it does, the car can catch on fire. I was told by letter that the part that needs to be replace will not be here till the end of august. if anyone would just look at the footage on the day I bought the car they would clearly see that the statement I made above is true on how they pressured me into buying this car. I believe if I drive this car my life can be in DANGER...PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CANDesired Settlement: I would like for them to take it back do to their unfair practices on selling me this car, and for the fact that I'm paying for a car that can kill me if it does catch on fire
