Review: I financed the car on 7/*/14 and since the car makes constant noise. The car does not pass 20 miles and it starts shaking. I went to City World Toyota and spoke to [redacted] told me that is normal and that the car makes sounds. I told him that is not true and that is something is wrong with the car. That the muffler needs to be changed. I asked that they give me another car because I had just purchased this one and that it has problems. They refused to give me another car and that all they can do is look at the car and see what the problem is. I took the car to the Mechanic on 9/*/14 and according to my contract they was suppose to give me a rental car. They told me that they can't give me a rental car because they don't know what is wrong with the car. The contracts states that I am suppose to get a rental if the car needs to be fixed. I was called days later to get a rental. I feel that in this short period of time and all the money that I am spending I deserve a functional car and not one that has to be fixed. I have spoke to the [redacted] and several people at City World Toyota that gives me the cold shoulder since I purchased this vehicleDesired Settlement: I would like another jeep one that is in excellent condition and does not need any repair.

He had initially complained that the vehicle does not go more than 20 -40 miles per hour. It was learned that the vehicle was being inadvertently put into to tip-tronic manual mode and was being left in 1st gear causing him to only be able to go 20-40 mph. We had a [redacted] drive the car with him in the "Drive" mode and went 65 mph. This hopefully resolves the issue.
