The Dula's have only made contact with me to say they will not repair the damageI have over $100,dolars in water damageThe plastic trim is popping off my home and the siding allowing water to enter my homeDula is a subcontractor for Eastwood homesMy home is months old! They have known about these issues since my home was months old! Buyer Beware!
Had my roof replaced due to hail damage. They were one of the many companies that came through our subdivision soliciting work. I'm not a fan of companies that just show up at your door usually, but they were open and honest and showed me numerous neighbors that had their roofs replaced by [redacted] Construction. The whole process was very simple and they worked well with the insurance adjuster to reach a settlement. They dropped the shingles one day and by dusk the next day had finished. Cleaned up the property very well and had no issues with the installation. The installers used hammers instead of nail guns which we were told was the proper way to install the shingles. No other roofing contractors working in our neighborhood did this.
