City Xpress

I have called this company, emailed this company, texted this company, and have had no response. We had a puppy shipped to us from *** in ***. The owner of *** has also tried contacting this company with no results. Our puppy is stuck in ***, . We have no idea if she is being taking care of, or if she is lying in a kennel dying on us. They texted me telling me I needed to purchase a 95% refund insurance policy to continue the shipment of the puppy. The owner of *** already paid this. Already sent all the necessary paperwork with the puppy. We are beginning to think we are being scammed by City Express Services, since they don't seem to have the courtesy of returning calls, texts, emails, or any other contact.

I purchased a parrot and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 09/14/2019, at 5:30pm at 4:45 they contacted me to tell me they couldn't deliver it because I needed some kind of permit in order to have it shipped out of state. I said I would not pay any money, because I already paid for the bird and it included the shipping. They insisted this was a necessary permit, and the cost was $500.00. I contacted the seller and he told me this was something that he was unaware of, but it was refundable and he would pay $300 and I could pay $200 and then I could give him the $300. back when they refunded the money to me upon delivery. So I agreed. This was on Monday 09/16/2019, they tell me because the bird was there 2 days I had to pay $100 for care of the bird including food. I pay the $100 and tell them, that is it I will not give them another penny. They assure me that I will not have to pay for anything else and they will deliver the bird by 3:00pm Monday. At approximately 1:00pm I get an email from them telling me that I need to get some other permit before they can ship the bird and the cost of that permit is $1200.00. Well, I told them absolutely not, I was not going to give them any more money and I was going to report them to the Revdex.com. They in turned kept messaging me asking me for the money and I continued to refused to send them any money and finally told them to stop harassing me or I would sue them for harassment and to call the sender and send the bird back to him, because at this point I'm not sure if they are not working together to scam people. Then the shipping company sent me a message telling me they were going to sue me for abandoning the bird. I haven't heard from them or the seller since.
