All City Yellow Cab drivers are required to wear dark blue uniform shirts and attach their City of Akron picture identification on the collar of their shirtsI apologize if you did not see the driver's identificationIn the future please ask the driver their name and they will gladly tell you their name

In fact, I called your company on Thurs., May 12, 2016, approximately hours in advanceI looked for the driver's name; perhaps it was located in an obscure spotWhen I arrived at the hospital, the rear passenger door would not stay openBy this time I was very stressed
There are more outpatient procedures scheduled and other taxi companies in this area
