Renting from here has cost my family greatly. They do not salt the sidewalks. They do not take care of the lawns . A tree fell down in November it was June when they finally removed it. They also go through property managers quickly who do not visit the property and maintain it. We had 3 in the first year. Be aware they are also a construction company so they will overcharge you for damages because they set their own prices. The locations in coopersburg also have a sprinkler system problem that has yet to be fixed 3 different tenants had their locations flooded .

Renting from tom W[redacted] has been the worst experience in my life. My requests are ignored, I've been treated worse than I've ever been treated, like my place as a woman is to keep my mouth shut. Because I'm a strong woman reaching out for help, tom knocked on my door and threw me and my kids out on the street trying to give me one week to move. I've not breached my lease in any way and have nowhere to go. He told me that he didn't want "my kind of people" living there. I'm a single mother, tax accountant, and independent woman. I've never felt first hand discrimination like this in my life. I'm offended and feel violated.
