On our contract dated June 19, 2015 for $2,040.00, it clearly states the work that we propose to do and indicates that there is no guarantee on repair work.  It does not state that if the leak continues we will go back and apply 2 additional coats at no charge.  Therefore, I stand by my belief that I do not owe the homeowner any additional work, but I do in fact still have a remaining unpaid balance of $70.00 from October 28, 2014.Respectfully,Richard T[redacted]

Your memory might be failing you - you should probably get that looked at - but you never sealed it for a second time.
