I am reaching out to you in response to complaint ID ***. The customer purchased our product on www.citypass.com 3/11/for adult and youth Atlanta CityPASS voucher in the amount of $234.72, order #***. The customer has filed for a refund on 3/24/and did receive a
response indicating that refunds can take up to days to process due to high volume. Upon receiving the Revdex.com letter I have reviewed the customers refund request and the order. The customer has indeed used the product in its entirety and I have attached supporting documentation showing the usage details along with our terms and conditionsI have also provided this information to the customer and have denied their refund request since product was used Please let me know if you need further information Thank you.
