[redacted] ,I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience at City PlaceI sympathize with you regarding the uncovered parking as I know it can be frustrating, especially if you arrive home late in the eveningThe parking permits that we provide for a small upfront fee help us determine which vehicles belong within the community, however the permit does not provide any neighbor with a guaranteed parking spaceThese permits are optional, but they are required for parking within the uncovered spacesOur team did thoroughly research your parking complaints and addressed those that were actually violationsI do apologize if you feel that you were given incorrect information about parking along the curb in front of the buildingThis curb is located directly behind private garages and it blocks other neighbors from entering/exiting if a vehicle is parked thereWe did install a no parking sign after this occurred to avoid any further misunderstandingsThe community clubhouse was unfortunately closed for just under months due to a complete renovationWhile we understand this was not ideal, it was necessary in order to provide more amenities for our neighborsThe new space offers 24-hour access to an expanded fitness center with new equipment and a yoga room, beverage center, parcel lockers, and a cyber loungeThere is also a club room available for reservation which includes a pool table and arcade gamesYour required notice period and move out options, including an early termination agreement, were clearly defined in your lease contractI also recall personally speaking to you in depth about this matterIn regards to your move out balance, our office provided you with a final account statement and itemized list of charges by mail and e-mailYou contacted us as the online portal would not allow you to submit payment and we immediately responded to inform you that a check would need to be mailed as the online accounts close after a certain period of time following your move outSince you were not satisfied with this alternative, we took the time to work with our help desk to get your online account unlockedThe online payment you submitted was received and the account balance is satisfiedFor the reasons previously mentioned, we will not be providing you with a credit for your parking permit fee or the clubhouse being temporarily unavailableWe do appreciate your choice to have lived with us at City Place and wish that you would have had the positive experience we strive to provide to all of our neighborsIf you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at ###-###-####Sincerely, Ashley HBusiness Manager
