Purchased home under warranty, issues provided to builder prior to closing which they said they would fix, was not repaired, and not responding.Purchased home still under warranty by CityScape Builders. Items noted during inspection were brought to attention of builder, was told they would honor repairs under the initial year home warranty. We have been trying to specifically get a door repaired since closing and they initially said there was a backlog for the contractor to come out to repair, now they won't even respond to REPEATED requests for the repair. Warranty period runs out in two weeks. We have all of the documentation noting the issues and response from builder office rep.Desired SettlementJust want builder to honor what we were told they would do - repair the door. Ignoring us doesn't make the problem stop. Stand by your product/workmanship. Gentleman came out today and fixed the door. Please mark this complaint resolved. Thank you for the assistance. It's a shame it had to go to this level for a 15 minute repair.

Builder breached the contract agreement and response from the builder is very irresponsible.Also have bad behavior with the buyer.As per the agreement between me & this builder there should be three car garage with two driveways, one for single car and other driveway for two cars. But towards the closing builder is giving me only one drive way that can fit only one car with straight parking. When I approached builder about this material change, He asked me to walkout from the contract and did't respond responsibly and literally played with my family emotions.Plane tickets have been purchased for my family members and plans have been made to celebrate the closing of this home. These damages are just a small part of the issues associated with this material breach; there has been lot emotional stress to this as well.I request the builder to allow me to use the value of the loss to upgrade other areas of the subject property through my realtor. But the response received from vendor is more of a suggestion of my race and he said if I walkout, he can sell somebody from community within 15 days which is really demeaning me and my family./////Desired SettlementWe value the loss of the direct access of the third garage at $25,000. Also, we would like the driveway to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible and would like to view other options to remedy said issue other than the response given by the builder./////
