I just sent this to my accountant to process the refundsWe are
actually responding to all inquiries and have not been denying refunds as long as proof of purchase if presentedI saw that this particular email for this guest did not get through to my accountant and I did not realize itThis should be completed shortly and I’ll also inform the guest once doneBoth amounts of $will be returned to the credit cards

Extraordinarily disappointed with this experience. Estimated 20-30 minute intervals turned into 75 minutes. And, after we were another bus was following, we were stranded The Lincoln Memorial with 15+ others. No customer service available. Left several messages at number listed with no call back 4+ hours later. Makes sense there is a "No Refund" policy. Customer satisfaction definitely not a priority.

experienced with regards to the City Sights DC tour. We understand that Ms. [redacted] was not satisfied with the hop on- hop off  part of the tour she brought.
