As another person stated on this site, Prospect Pro (a division of City Twist) called several times claiming that they could easily convert email leads into clients with their serviceI finally agreed and worked with a Sales Rep to get an ad proofedWhen the first emails went out, the zip codes they mailed to were incorrectI spent two weeks trying to my Sales Rep before finding out he was no longer with the companyA new Customer Service Rep took over my account and got the company to send a couple of extra email blasts for free to make up for the errorAfter two months and about 12,emails, we received leadsI called and emailed the CSR several times with no responseToday, I found out he is no longer with the company eitherEnd result $900+ spent resulted in ZERO leadsTotal waste of money!

They called my company a trillion timesI've finally signed an agreement with this company to send emails for birthday partiesI was told by the sales person (*** *** that similar companies in other areas got over 0.25% CX, so I will get at least parties (it seemed a fair deal)
They've sent only 1/of what they've said and the CX is 0%The sales person doesn't even answers my emailsI can not say it's a scam, but they definitely over sell

I finally agreed and worked with a Sales Rep to get an ad proofed. When the first emails went out, the zip codes they mailed to were incorrect. I spent two weeks trying to my Sales Rep before finding out he was no longer with the company. After two months and about 12,000 emails, we received 0 leads. I called and emailed the CSR several times with no response. Today, I found out he is no longer with the company either. End result $900+ spent resulted in ZERO leads. Total waste of money!
