We went into the car wash on 12-29-17 and purchased a wheel deal wash. We left the wash and went through a drive through to pick up a prescription. We left there and proceeded to Fiesta mart at this point "I told my husband lets look over vehicle and see how well they did with the vehicle". We both got out of the vehicle and circled around and found that there was a black scratch on the back left bumper. Mind you we have had the vehicle just a couple weeks. It is a brand new 2017. So we went back to the car wash and spoke to the manager. He came out and was ready for a fight to begin with I was sitting inside of vehicle and I decided to get out of vehicle to be a witness to the handling of the manner. My husband was asking him for answers as to why the vehicle had and the scratch because when we came into the wash it wasn't there. The manager was argumentative, unprofessional, and antagonistic to say the least. I decided to intervene because I could say that it was going nowhere to see if we could get answers without all the negativity. He was less aggressive with me but his tone and mannerisms was confrontational. Finally we concluded that we would like to see the video and or pictures that he suggested. He sent one picture to my husband phone and we decided we would return to see the pictures in person. The following day he was less aggressive and more in a manner in which he should for the position that he holds. Now the problem came into place because he brought out paper pictures of a few shots and stated more than once that it would take time to pull up the other pictures and he had other things to do. With that the only picture he showed us was one that was exiting the wash area. I don't know if he was impaired the first day because even his appearance was less than presentable.
This damage was clearly done after they left the property were they were parked at. As they states at the Grocery store. Our video shows no damage coming in and out. Yes we stand our ground when someone try's to blame us a accident we didn't cause.

I am rejecting this response because: when we arrived at Fiesta we immediately exited the vehicle we went around and inspected before we went inside of the vehicle. We did not go anywhere else so they were was no other place that the damage could have happened at.The damage was there before we went inside and we decided to go back after we finished shopping since we were already there and the damage was as well.The other issue is they did not show us the vehicle while inside car wash or in the area where they hand dry like I asked him but once again he was busy and it would take some time. The manager was too busy as he stated to us that it would take to much time and he had other issues to address. The picture we saw was grainy and we couldn't even be sure if it was our vehicle. Lastly if the manager initially hadn't been so egregious in his first contact with us than he may have been more open with his efforts. He lacked concern and was very irritated by our questions. His behavior was less than professional more cynical and confrontational.
