I am not sure we will get anywhere with this companyThe response from the management team is saying my complaint is spam and I have schizophreniaBut I want to press forward as they treat their tenets like this, as you can see from the other name of their company Asprient properties

response was not meant to demean, only to give background to help explain the issue at handHere is more information regarding the matter:*** *** reached out to management and stated that he was having issues that were not resolved on August 25th, a Friday night at 11:pmOn August 27th the manager reached out to *** and asked to schedule a meeting with him to go to his unit and view the issues first hand to make sure everything is addressed.Upon visiting the apartment *** described that the apartment is "nice but he is nit picky about some things." By the time management visited the only two remaining issues were that the bathtub needed to be re-surfaced and in the pantry closet there was a small patch of closet that had a rust stainThis is a closet that has bi-fold doors and is completely hiddenThe manager explained to *** that usually tub resurfacing is effective and that the first plan of action was to try to sand it down and re-surface it againOnce that was complete and it did not work management promptly replaced the entire tub. The lease is clear that when the tenant submits a maintenance question, they are giving management permission to enter*** never asked us not to enter without his permissionWe have his work orders documentedWhen *** came in to meet with management again to discuss his concerns, he was surprised to hear that the lease says we have permission to enter if the tenant submits a work order/ service requestClearly, *** had not read his lease.In the end, we offered to reimburse him for his bath mat a few days of pro-rated rent for when the bathroom was unusable but he denied that offer
