Citywide Business Machines / Rich O [redacted] Leased [redacted] a Sharp copier on with the understanding that the balance due Konica Minolta was paid off and to our surprise it in fact was notWe remove machine and it is currently sitting at our warehouse in PhiladelphiaIt remains their due to the fact that Konica states that the serial # does not match due to they replaced the machine due to service issues years back and the owed balance was never paid by [redacted] We are currently trying to return this unit properly to put a full resolve to this issueWe were not notified of this issue until the machine had been remove by usWe were informed of this by Konica then we asked MrTom B [redacted] and he confirmed weeks after transaction took placeMrRich O [redacted] did in fact pass during this time which caused a delayWe are back on this issue againWe have not received any emails or calls from [redacted] on this matterIn fact we received calls for service issues and Black Toners which they ordered on by 10:am

As per our first response on we stated the equipment was delivered on 7/ **/We did provide proof of delivery and in response to that we received a response that they would check cameras in which we never heard back from the complainant of the out come of the video camera Thank You [redacted]

To whom this may concern, On 6/*/we received a order for a paper folder from *** *** from the * *** ***We proposed a MBM which was approved and we received a PO #
*** for $which was delivered and received by the * ***After a month *** *** called and stated it didn't seal one particular check so I took the time to go their and see for myselfAfter determining that it did not in fact seal this one brand of check we discussed adding a second unit in which we decided on the MBM ES pressure sealerOnce again we received a PO # *** for $2,which was delivered and received by the * *** on 7/**/We billed them on 7/**/and received payment for both units in full on 8/**/On or around March we received a call from a one Nicole Brideau stating where was the machineWe had no answers for her due to the fact they received and paid for unit months agoThank You

We were informed of this by Konica then we asked Mr. Tom B[redacted] and he confirmed weeks after transaction took place. Mr. Rich O[redacted] did in fact pass during this time which caused a delay. We are back on this issue again. We have not received any emails or calls from [redacted] on this matter. In fact we received calls for service issues and 2 Black Toners which they ordered on 5/*/2017 and they received 5/*/2017 by 10:30 am.

As

**/2014. We did provide proof of delivery and in response to that we received a
