Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response:I am rejecting this response because it simply is not true! Rodger K*** did in fact come out and did in fact tell me that his crew's saw broke down and that they are to call in to replace the equipmentI have paid this Company in fullI stopped payment for the balance on recommendation of the Collection Agency while the dispute was being addressedHowever, based on the recommendation of the CCB I then paid the balance in full and that check cleared my bank on April 28, I fully intended to continue this complaint with the CCBI have provided a timeline and facts as they happenFor City Wide Gutters to say that I have slander them on social media is false!! For them to further threaten me with legal action is ridiculousThis is in retaliation for my filing a complaint with the CCB, as well as the Revdex.com and the Attorney General's OfficeStating my opinion and facts of what has taken place on my property is not slanderI have reported my opinion as to the facts of what happen, as a consumer not wanting this to happen to anyone elseIf in fact they had the proper saw on their truck, why was the garage window wide open and the saw appear on my patio two days later? No one is going to come out and admit they made a mistakeLet alone show any integrity from this CompanyHow can one give any positive feedback when a piece of property was taken from the premises of your own home! How does this get resolved when it is a matter of "He said She said"? As a side note, their response is from Shayne W*** whom I have never spoken with or to my knowledge was involved in this matterSincerely,*** ***

Re: Complaint ID [redacted]
Dear [redacted],
In response to the statement made by Mrs. [redacted]("Roger K[redacted] did in fact come out and did in fact tell me that his crew's saw broke down andthat they are to call in to replace the equipment").
Our position remains unchanged and is stated as follows:Mr. K[redacted], an owner of CCG, made arrangements to meet with Mrs. [redacted] todiscuss her concerns. Mr. K[redacted] explained that the crew had no knowledge of herallegation and that if there was a malfunction of one or both of the on board tools it isprotocol to contact the office. No tool malfunctions were experienced that day. He statedthat he would interview the crew once again and would be in contact with Mrs. [redacted]if there was a change in their statement. Mr. K[redacted] also inquired as to the satisfaction ofthe work performed and was given positive feedback. At no time did Mr. K[redacted] offer adiscount or admit wrongdoing. The crew statements remained the same and theon board tools were still functional. CCG considered the matter closed.
There is not a more clear way to make the statement above. Since you have only asked forclarification on that single sentence, CCG chooses not to comment or respond to the remainderof Mrs. [redacted]'s rant.

In response to Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint to the Revdex.com and any previous or future correspondence and orallegations received from her:Citywide Custom Gutter LLC did install gutters, downspouts and a small portion of fascia board thatneeded to be replaced as per our bid proposal #[redacted]. At no time did...

anyone from Citywide CustomGutter enter into any part of the interior of Mrs. [redacted]'s garage or any other area on the propertyother than what was reasonably required to perform the work. Mrs. [redacted] spoke with a crewmember near the end of the installation regarding an open garage window. The crew member had noknowledge of the window being opened or any knowledge that the window being open was normal ornot. Mrs. [redacted] then contacted us days later and alleged that crew members from our companyentered her garage and removed a circular saw, removed it from the property and then returned it twodays later. The crew was interviewed and not one crew member had any knowledge of sa id allegation. There are not less than two circular saws on our trucks. One battery operated saw with two differentbattery options and a 120vac model for larger work that can be powered if necessary by the truck if anoutlet at the property is not available. All tools were inspected and found operable. Mr. K[redacted], an ownerof CCG, made arrangements to meet with Mrs. [redacted] to discuss her concerns. Mr. K[redacted] explainedthat the crew had no knowledge of her allegation and that if there was a malfunction of one or both ofthe on board tools it is protocol to contact the office. No tool malfunctions were experienced that day.He stated that he would interview the crew once again and would be in contact with Mrs. [redacted] ifthere was a change in their statement. Mr. K[redacted] also inquired as to the satisfaction of the workperformed and was given positive feedback. At no time did Mr. K[redacted] offer a discount or admitwrongdoing. The crew statements remained the same and the onboard tools were still functional. CCGconsidered the matter closed. An invoice had been sent to Mrs. [redacted] for the amount of the Quote$639.60. Her check number 2471 in the amount of $369.60 was returned along with a letter stating thatshe had been burglarized by our crew and had deducted an arbitrary $270.00 from the bill. Rogercontacted Mrs. [redacted] and she stated that she would discuss the matter with her husband but wouldlikely not pay the balance. Mr. K[redacted] tried contacting Mrs. [redacted] again about the matter but Mrs.[redacted] refused to answer or return his calls. At that point we sent the debt to collections. Mr.[redacted] wrote check number 2502 to CCG on the 6th of March for the $270.00 dollar balance plus an$18.00 collection fee for a total of $288.00. Upon an attempt to deposit the check it was learned thatMrs. [redacted] had cancelled payment. Mrs. [redacted] then also slandered our company on socialmedia (an attorney is now looking into this). At the time of this writing, CCG still shows invoice [redacted] asdelinquent.Best Regards Shayne W[redacted]CCG
