Citywide Detailing

Worst customer service ever! Had an appt with a 1 hour time frame. After 1 1/2 hours I start calling. No answer. 2 1/2 hours later a young girl (named Diamond?) answers and tells me they can't come. NO APOLOGY offered! Like a fool I rescheduled for another day. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes and AGAIN nobody shows up! Called repeatedly for another 1/2 hour and same young girl answers. They can't come again!! She was so unconcerned about my time it was ridiculous. I was offered another appt or my money back (wow). I told her of course I would like my money back. I asked to speak with the owner, and she said "MAYBE she would pass my message along to the owner...he is a busy man and I am no longer a customer."

Who runs a business like this?? Wouldn't do business with Citywide Detailing even if it was for free! The frustration and complete lack of customer service is not worth it.

Review: I purchased a living social deal from this company for mobile detailing service. At first they did not return my phone calls to set up an appointment. I called them back repeatedly and was finally able to set up an appointment. Unfortunately, it was after the promotional date of August 23, 2013. The day they were supposed to show up to detail my car they canceled my appointment. They left me a message saying they could reschedule for 2 days later. I called back and left a message to confirm. They did not show up. I have called twice since then with no return call. Even with a threat of a complaint to the Revdex.com, they still did not call back.
