Complaint Resolve:We deeply regret to hear about this concernWe had showed up to customers house for ascheduled visit to Blow insulation into their attic and *** working on the inside of the house[redacted] turned our crew away and shared that his Mother had taken a turn for theworse as she was very sick and in the hospitalHe asked us to leave all insulation in the garage and he would call us back when he was ready to re-schedule.About weeks ago [redacted] called me and stated that he wanted to take care of the project inside his house himselfHe stated he did not want us to come back out and to come up with a settlement We agreed to $2000.50I have included with this letter separate pieces of paperOne page is the invoice explaining the settlement we agreed to and another page showing the email we sent him[redacted] said he would send us a final check in the mail in the amount of $5387.00.I called [redacted] last week to inform him we have not received the check as of yetHe re-assuredme he sent it Certified mailWe have received the check and deposited it into our account.This was settled and agreed upon
