[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:That is not true the tarp on the roof was removed by the.other roofing company .I was never told the contract will be void all this water was coming in my house and I took the necessary procution to protect my homeWhen I call it was Friday and it was not raining that day the water came in Thursday not Friday it rain Saturday night again the tarp was put on Saturdays morning around am and it was because they said they will not be out until Monday some time and they came Saturday after unannounced I was told my warranty was void when I call on Monday that water came in on Saturday Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am reluctant to believe that Citywide will act in good faith mainly because of the attitude and tone of all their responses, and that I had to resort to contacting Revdex.com in order to get any action from this company Such a company should be proactive in addressing a customer's complaint instead of trying to make the customer seen as the problem, yet this customer has paid money in full, believing that the work performed would be satisfactory and that such a company would willingly honor its warranty.However, I am requesting that you provide me several dates and times, as well as rain dates, when you will be able to come, find and repair the ongoing leak at [redacted] , Pa ***, cell phone ###-###-#### Regards, [redacted]

I have already responded to this customer on [redacted] we are not obligated to do any work that we are not comfortable doing regardless of what the estimator said or wroteIt is a company decision not to move forward on any project we feel we are not equipped to doAt this time we are not going to move forward on this projectThis customer is free to hire anyone who is equipped to handle her needs to meet her insurance policy requirementsThank you, John

[redacted] , We had a Service call scheduled between 9-on a WednesdayUnfortunately, it rained that day and you gave us a call and we explained why we could not be out there on that date and time due to the weatherWe are not allowed to work in the RainAs soon as we were told this you became very agitated and it was hard to come up with a reasonable time to come back outWe would like to come out and service the propertyPlease give us a date and time that works for you and that is weather permitting so that we can resolve this issue you are having Thanks, City Wide Roofing

If only people reported the truth in the complaints things would be that much easier. We set up a time and day with this owner, after much preparation we went there on the specific day and time to find NO owner, No tenant, No phone calls answered, No door bell rings answered! NOTHING. Also the... complaint is for the very front windows of the house, we have been there, there is nothing wrong with the workmanship, or materials installed on this roof.

To whom this may concern, We received a service call complaint on 12/29/from the customerI have attached the service call slip from my technicianThe instructions were to call the customer upon arrival to the property to see what the issue was and to solve itWhen we got there no one was answering the phone or the doorWe sent this service out the next day 12/30/as you can see it was signed by our guy thenWe would like to take care of the issue if they could inform us where it is leaking we can go resolve thisHowever since they were not home and did not answer the door we had no way of knowing what to repair and wherePlease contact us again to tell us what needs to be done so it can be fixedThanks,City Wide Roofing

Hi,We are attaching our notes from the Job. The customer called us on 9/11/2015 to inform us that she is having a leak. We got out there on 9/12/15 the day after she called to see the issue. When our technician arrived on site he saw the top of the wall where the stucco was open. He saw a... tarp was put on the roof and nailed down creating holes in the roof. We then removed the tarp, fixed all the holes that were created by the tarp installation. We then proceed to Caulk and Seal the opening where the stucco is. We do not do any stucco work and was not part of the original contract however we still did the repair as best as we could. We have not heard of any more complaints since that time. We responded the day after she called because it was an emergency and did repairs that were not associated with the roof. As far we know the matter was closed. Thanks,City Wide Roofing

Due to the rain and that it was Good Friday our employees did not work on Saturday there were 40+ mile an hour winds which again we did not work hence there was no one in the office to call anyoneThis customer is requesting additional work be done to her home at the request of the home inspection because she has decided to sell the homeHer warranty clearly is for workmanship and material not to do addition work at no costNonetheless, today is Monday the 6th of April and its a beautiful day for roofingWith that being said someone will be there today! As far as the warranty transfer, at the time of settlement the new owners name will appear on the paperworkThank you
