I did meet with *** and the "floor guy" he brought to review work needed We agreed that the evening of 9/or the morning of 9/were acceptable dates for me to have the work initiated When I had not heard from anyone on the afternoon of 9/I left a voicemail for *** asking the status so I could make final arrangements He texted that he would get back to me the next day with the information Today, Thur 9/10, *** texted me if Wed 9/would work I work Mon through Fri 8-4, his guy said he could do the work around my schedule which is why the evening and Sat morning appointments were agreed upon The contractor who gave me the original estimate was able and willing to do the work on Saturdays I have used all of my leave time for the medical needs of my father before he died in March, my ill mother and a premature infant Now *** is wanting me to take additional leave to have the repair work done which is a hardship for me if they cannot work around my schedule

" Hi I am writing this letter to inform you that I ***las *** owner of Citywide transportation have fill intentions that I spoke to *** *On Friday afternoon and we came to a decision that Monday I will call her and set up a time that I will bring two contractors to her house and get estimates to fix the wooden floor and the damage the basement, so that we can satify the customer forthe inconvenience that she has gone through and I will also keep all parties updated on any occurrences that happen while this matter is at hand and will get this matter resolved in a timely fashionThank You

Good Afternoon, Yesterday *** from Citywide (the carrier that performed this delivery) that he was on *** *'s site to review the damage and discuss the repairs necessary Currently, *** and *** * have set a tentative date of 9/to repair with a secondary date of 9/dependent on *** *'s schedule. They have set a plan to estimate and could possibly repair (with ***'s approval) the damage the same day on Tuesday or Wednesday this week? *** is to contact *** * today (monday) to see which day works better with her schedule

I did have contact with *** agreeing to an additional estimate and he was to call me back to arrange a date and time? I explained that there were two days that I had conflicts so that he would avoid those two days? The next day he left a BM on my work phone and I have attempted multiple times to reach him that he needs to use my cell phone where I am always available? I haveOT heard back from *** and another week has passedMy expectation in order to be satisfied with their response is that the estimate will be completed within the next days at a time when I am available and that communication will occur in a timely manner? *** ***
