We sold this vehicle with a Limited day Warranty to the customer due to end on May 2, The customer was told they can renew this warranty before the days endWe confirmed with [redacted] Warranty company that the customer never attempted to contact them for any reasonShe never made a claim or attempted to renew her contractWe are no longer able to assist this customer

This is a matter between I, and the dealershipIn Citywide Auto Mall’s policy, it states that if you are unable to pass an e-check, we will make sure to correct the issue out of good faithEvery issue that has occurred were all connected, (gas leak, misfire, catalytic converter)I was not coming to Citywide Auto Mall for a new issue or problemThe last time I spoke with Citywide Auto Mall, they explained that “out of good faith”, they would repair my issueDuring this entire process, Citywide has been fabricatingAttached are my records for the first time I contacted the dealershipI’ve also included the record, for the first time I contacted Jr(Citywide’s on-call mechanic)This will show that not only was it not beyond five days when I contacted the dealership in regards to my engine light, but it was in fact, the next day when I contacted them in regards to my check engine light We are here today because I am a customer who purchased a vehicle one day, and the next day my check engine light was onI’ve been through the extensive process of car repairs, (that I don’t have documentation of), to have a blown engine three months later, all the while being told that I was going to have my issue resolved I am no threat to Citywide Auto Mall; neither is my mother who is pregnant with three children all under the age of fiveI never threatened this business with an attorney, and I was in fact told that I would have my car repaired if it was unable to pass the e-check. It is evident that a vehicle automatically fails the e-check if the check engine light is onI have done my part in following Citywide Auto Mall’s policy by attempting to pass an e-check, and failed each time, which is why there should be some type of resolution to my issue

We sold this vehicle with a Limited 90 day Warranty to the customer due to end on May 2, 2016. The customer was told they can renew this warranty before the 90 days end. We confirmed with [redacted] Warranty company that the customer never attempted to contact them for any reason. She never made a claim or attempted to renew her contract. We are no longer able to assist this customer.

[redacted] and [redacted] purchased a 1998 [redacted] from Citywideautomall.com. The customer agreed to all terms of financing and obligations to maintain their loan. We have attached a copy of the Purchase Agreement, Buyers Guide, Delivery Confirmation and a copy of the Free Limited 30...

day Warranty. At the time of purchase the customers were given a few choices of vehicles and was able to test drive the car before making their final decision. We sell used vehicles and can not personally guarantee that there will be no future repairs needed to upkeep the used vehicle. When the customers called about the spindell issue they spoke to Ramie (Co-Owner & Service Manager) , the customer agreed since the part was not covered under warranty that they would only have to pay $50.00 toward the repair. We paid for parts and labor since the customer came in to pick up the car and cried and complained that she had no money and really needed to go visit her baby at the hospital. We normally would not have let the customer leave without paying but out of Good Faith made an exception this time. The customers called the office in early May and spoke with Ramie (Co-Owner & Service Manager) again, not Monica (Finance Manager-Co-Owner). They called and said their alternator went bad and so he offered to call around and get quotes on the part and said we could get it put on at our cost but the customer stated they just wanted to see if they could get a different car cause they could not afford to keep doing repairs on this one. Ramie told them the only way we could sell them another car would be Buy Here Pay Here and they said they would be in to discuss it.  When the customers came in Monica greeted the customers and turned the discussion over to Ramie since she was just returning from medical leave herself and had not been involved in this conversation about purchasing another vehicle. Normally our down payments for Buy Here Pay Here start at $1500.00 down.Ramie tried to explain to the customers their different options and said it would only cost them $100.00 to replace their alternator but they were very adamant about surrendering their [redacted] to Credit Acceptance. Ramie told them we could only offer to them a 1997 [redacted] and would need only $500.00 down from them, again making exception. They said they didnt have the $500.00 so we offered again to help fix their [redacted] and they said they could not afford $100.00 to repair it. We then felt bad so we said just pay $40.00 and we will cover the alternator. They said they didnt have $40.00 and didnt want to invest anymore in that car. We are in business to profit. We sympathize with this family and understood that their daughter was recovering well since her February heart surgery. We sold the car with a limited warranty and could not keep offering free services. We believe we have been very fair offering any assistance and exceptions to get another vehicle. Unfortunately we cant even offer them the [redacted] any longer because we did sell it and the customer who bought it has no complaints.
