When we described what we wanted, they immediately and expertly made us feel stupid and cheapThere was no doubt in my mind their one and only goal is to sell what they want, not what you may need or want
They offered no opportunity to rest and seemed frustrated that we had trouble keeping up
Someway I was able to keep my senior Non-Commissioned Officer mouth quasi-civilized as I told them what they could do with their estimates of $400+ for a tree and planting = A ONE MONTH WAIT and the miserable experience
We went to A NURSERY ON SILVERBELL AND HAD A DIAMETRIC EXPERIENCE!!! The young, athletic and knowledgeable man slowly and casually walked us directly to a group of trees that WERE WHAT WE WANTED and could be viewed without moving from one side of the enclosure to the other
AND THE COST LESS THAN $THEN, WITHOUT PROMPTING, HE LOOKED AT MY BLOUSE, INSIGNIA, AND HAT, AND SAID, "And sir, we're honored to give you a 10% discount." Delivery/job = eight days (HOA approval)
I'll bet this doesn't make it to the ratings page - this "business" will delete it
