Review: On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, parked in the Civic Center Parking lot on Loyola Avenue next to the Quality Inn and Suites, [redacted]. The parking rate parking 6am-8pm $8.00.I put a $20.00 bill and received no change. It seems no Attendant is on duty but, looking at the parking ticket neither is there an address, telephone number or website. There is an Attendant on duty at the lot because I have seen vehicles with orange tickets, sited for overdue parking time.Desired Settlement: I believe WARNING posters with Large Print be placed at Pay station to help customers avoid this grand error. I would appreciate your help in getting my $12.00 and I ask for your help for Im certain Im not alone.
