told us about her mold issue in December, we sent contractors over there and they cleaned out the weep holes, the contractor said weepholes were clogged and causing moisture to be trapped within the walls. We have aluminum windows and they condensate when it is cooler in the apartment and hotter outside or vise versa. We explained that wiping her windows with a Clorox wipe monthly may keep her windows from having mold, since the windows do condensate. This was the last we had heard about it, until tenant filled out complaint with Revdex.com. So we thought the problem was resolved. After we got notice, I contacted *** and she said she had mold. We sent contractors back over to clean/fix the mold issue. I asked and. *** if she would like out of her lease or would she like to relocate to another apartment. She said she would like a different apartment. She is scheduled to transfer within the next couple of weeks. I apologize but we can not fix an issue if we think the issue has been resolved and haven't heard anything else about it until we get notice from the Revdex.com.

Be sure to train the leasing consultants and maintenance person the correct way.
I would like a explanation as to why on yesterday 4/09/2019, I walked in my home and I smelled gas, I contacted the leasing office I asked for the maintenance to be sent over, when the leasing over arrived he stated that he didn't smell any type of gas and he left, but when the *** company arrived they used their gas leaked detector, and found that it was gas leaking in by my fireplace. I was beyond confused and upset knowing that I was told something different, The At-mos(gas) technician informed me to get the maintenance man again so that he can get in the locked water heater door. I went to the leasing office to inform the leasing consultant that I needed the maintenance man again that the gas company needed the water tank key room and fireplace key but the leasing consultation name *** kept asking why did they need a key the maintenance man already came over and checked the room, I was furious at this point, and *** stated that she will contact the other maintenance man to come back over with the fireplace key and water tank room key. once the maintenance man arrived he opened the door and the gas technician scanned the tank and it showed that it was a gas leak. my only question to the leasing office and to corporate is why didn't the maintenance man do his job and why did the leasing office consultant give me such a hard time. This was a serious Matter and I have 2 small children, this could have been a even worse situation if I haven't contacted the *** for a better and second opinion, this is a second time I've had a gas leak inside my apartment and that is a dangerous situation. The point I'm trying to get across is the *** should have access to the Water tank room, no one should wait for the companies Maintenance men to arrive because this is a time-sensitive matter. ( I also want to say that I believe the leasing consultant agent was *** I know it will be the lady that sits in the first chair by the front door when u first walk in the office).

Desired Outcome

I would like a explanation as to why

Contact Name and Title:***
Our office responded to your request as soon as you reported the potential gas leak to our office. The maintenance supervisor was sent to your apartment immediately. Upon entering the apartment, the maintenance supervisor did not smell any gas and the carbon monoxide detector was not going off. He turned the gas off to the fireplace for precautionary measures. He examined the hot water heater and did not see any improper connections to cause a gas leak.
Once the gas company arrived ***, they requested a gas key and a key to access the hot water heater closet. I understand you were frustrated at the leasing person at this point for asking questions, however she was trying to get all the info so she could relay the message to the on call maintenance person since this was after normal business hours and the Maintenance Supervisor who originally came to your apartment had left for the day.
The *** stated there was a very small leak from their hose and it was repaired at that time.
Our office has provided the gas company with the key to the closet and a gas key in the past, but it seems that they no longer have them. We have provided another set to them so they can have immediate access upon arrival.
Please know that we take the maintenance concerns from our residents seriously and do our best to resolve all maintenance issues. If you would like to schedule a time to meet with the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager to discuss further, please call our office.

I had to relocate for a better job offer and moved within my 30 day lease. I paid for the month and moved out 5 days early and was charged way more.
I left a copy for the whole office staff when I received my unexpected relocation letter for a job, they smiled in my face like everything was okay and never said anything EXTRA would be charged. I paid my monthly rent and turned my notice in writing in a week later since Melissa said its better to have in writing and I told her at the beginning of the month and typed it in my notes box when I paid my rent on the first. I had to start my job on the 1st of August and I moved out 2 days before, ALL I was told was that if the apartment is clean and my last month water bill will be deducted from deposit and best of luck! I received a letter in the mail that shows 2 water bills, a prorate of a week later rent with extra fees called month to month from who knows where. How is month to month if I AM GONE!!!I called the office and Melissa was very loud talking in which I find weird because she has never raised her voice before and was so pleasant when she was in my face when I lived there, I had no real explanation of all the extra fees, I asked why did she say it was all okay when I turned my letter in or even accept my relocation letter. That was an unprofessional lie I was told and have accumulated fees that were never explained to me and how am I charged for 2 water bills and I was gone in one month or really 28 days to be honest?? Corporate should have returned my call because now I know why I saw some bad reviews on social media before I moved, but I didn't know it was that unprofessional. Honestly, I never had a problem until now and it is completely wrong!!!

Desired Outcome

I would like a simple call back from corporate because I have called and left messages for 2 weeks and no call back. The last 2 days I had no answer and called from a different number and the receptionist answered. Corporate should be able to listen and explain when one of their office management isn't explaining or being honest with a customer.
