The dealership does not recognize any reduced value in the car in question There was no type of title branding associated with the [redacted] purchased( No Salvage, reconstructed or other major problems) Vehicle history reports are available to consumers online and we offer them through autocheck at the dealerrship as wellAll vehicles go through a comprehensive safety inspection prior to being offered for sale The claim of a change in value this customer is describing is that of a salvage or branded title (Totaled vehicle) which is not the case

The damage to my truck goes beyond jute damage to my passenger front seat has pock marks and scratches from where my floor mats were put on it during the so called detailing and again I will never take my vehicle or any future vehicles to this dealership. I never received a phone call from any manager with an apology. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. Never again will I do business with such a deceitful place as this. Regards, [redacted]

We understand that that Mr*** had alluded to the fact that the throttle body control was not likely the repair needed due to prior replacement The diagnosis was to replace that due to the nature of the complaint before moving on to the *** Mr*** agreed to the initial
repair on the throttle body control When it proved not to cure the underlying problem and then further diagnosis and repair needed to be done, did this complaint arise We do sympathize that repairs are expensive and that one repair does not always fix an underlying problem, but if the *** repair he suggested did not work,we would be in the same situation after a more expensive repair We would like to extend an offer of good will and refund the Mr*** half of the repair cost ($287.57) to help defray the cost of further repair

This is unacceptable as I have stated before that I can not trust this dealership to do the right thing. The first phone call to me should have been to report what happened and not what work needed to be done to the truck.  Waited til 15 minutes before close to call me to pick up the truck.
