Revdex.com:
JDR returned and labored hard, taking out the original defective door and frame, and installed new parts, including the frame, doorway, and laid down new cement to install the saddleThey tried their best to ensure everything was lined appropriately, was fitted correctly, that the door closed smoothly and we accept their efforts.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
As our first renovation we were excited to renovate our doorway
and made multiple visits, as we wanted to do our best to ensure the work was
done correctly
But they proved to be unprofessional, incompetent, irresponsible
and negligent in their craftWe would never tolerate “a gap on the top of the
door”, and would never suggest, “ we were going to take care of that”We have
no expertise in this workWhat then would be purpose in hiring JDR? Though
promising us door dimensions of 80xinches, the unacceptably wrong and miss
matched door they hastily put in does not even match the dimensions quoted in
their narrative, or the phone quote of inches length as in reality it
measures inches x inchesFurther, it is visibly obvious that the top
is misaligned, with a gap that widens away from the hinge, revealing the door
is crookedThis is in addition to the remaining grievances previously
specified
The saddle was purchased with dimensions provided by JDR
themselves but was revealed to be the wrong size when they tried to install it
They then provided new measurements that were once again found to be wrong, but
they insisted on making workTheir incompetence and recklessness was done at
our expense, as it cost us $to purchase the ill-fitting saddles on their
instructionsThey were alerted soon thereafter of all issuesWe do not want
them to force this defective door that was improperly installed into the
entrance, which JDR tried to convince us to doThis is not what we paid forThis
is a renovationWe want the right door with proper dimensions to be installed
the way it’s supposed to be. JDR was deceptive,
misleading, hostile, and declared they had no intention to return, that I could
take my issues any place I liked, including litigation, as they had no regard
for consequences
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***
