Civil County Mediation

Review: CCM called me on Thursday informing me that they are going to file a judgment against me and attach my wages for [redacted]. they state I owe $510.00 but they will settle the account for $400.00 if they file suit it will cost me $1500.00. They never sent me any letters stating who they are, who I owe, what the amount is. They say they did, but I never received anything. They are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice.I was the victim of a scam in April 2012 and I paid another company the $200.00 that was originally put into my checking account (that I never requested) in August of 2012. I feel CCM is unfair in not allowing me time to prove that I paid this debt.This is all a scam. CCM's client [redacted] is a scam. They are all over the internet, but I can't find anything on Civil County Mediation. I am not sure if they are a real company or not. Thank you for your helpDesired Settlement: I would like to prove that I paid the amount owed to [redacted] and for Civil County Mediation to close the account. I should not owe them anything.
