Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meTitle came fixed this timeTransferred mins agoI notified CJ Auto alsoThanks a millionYour response has been nothing less than awesomeHave a great day!

Revdex.com called CJ Auto and spoke to Mike, to get update on where thing stand on a resolution with Ms ***.Mike indicated that he is waiting to hear back from Ms ***, at this point, as to whether she can provide the 'old' parts removed from the vehicle -- says the company providing replacement parts insists on return of the old / defective parts, as a condition of replacing them.Mike says that this is as much as CJ Auto is willing and able to do at this time

Revdex.com called business to advise of 'revised' desired resolution from consumer -- i.e., that she has now had corrective repairs performed at a local shop, and wishes to revise her desired resolution to request being reimbursement for the $she spent to replace an apparently faulty part.Spoke to Mike,
who indicated being familiar with Ms ***' situationMike confirms that CJ Auto Sales replaced injectors, spark plugs, and coils in the vehicle, and that all replacement parts would have been warrantied. He said CJ Auto Sales cannot reimburse the labor charges of the facility where Ms *** had repairs done, as it was not given an opportunity to perform repairs itself. But he says if Ms *** calls CJ Auto Sales to let them know which part(s) she ended up having replaced, he can then discuss the possibility of reimbursing for parts

I am rejecting this response because:

Spoke to Mike at CJ Auto. Reiterated that he has never had a title issue quite like this. Says that a corrected title / document went out overnight, and that the customer should have it later this afternoon (2/1).

Received following update on situation from consumer, via online 'chat' with Revdex.com:"Cj's Auto sales Pine Island Minnesota contacted me and asked me to send the title back for the tribes stamp. Revdex.com NOTE: Revdex.com received phone call from Ms [redacted] following business response, wanting to discuss. Revdex.com suggested calling CJ Auto Sales, as Mike requested in providing his business response to Revdex.com.Ms [redacted] did so, then sent following reply via e-mail: "Hi [redacted], in regards to our phone conversation yesterday, uyou advised me to call C&J Auto to give them the name of the faulty part.  I spoke with Jeff, whom said he knows that they wont replace it, if I dont have the old part.   He also said that he would get Mike, and  Mike told him he would call me back, but never did.    Besides already putting $2000.00 fixing this jeep after just buying it, and breaks just fell apart.   Now today, I had to take the jeep  in and they said the power steering has a high pressure line leak, which would cost now another$439. And the break  rotors need replaced.    My whole income is going to this jeep!!   Its a 2002, in which he falsely advertised, saying it was a 2003.    It has 229 thousand miles on it, and I  have already put $5000. To $6000.00 in to it, and now more is breaking on it.   I feel that he just needs to refund my money.  The jeep is not even safe!!!! It broke down the next day after I got it, and then he didnt want to even fix it at all, then finislly he fixed it but charges me.  And now after I paid for it to be fixed, he didnt fix it right, because it broke down again and I had to pay to have some one ekse fix it, ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE TO MAKE IT AN HOUR AWAY TO HIS SHOP, AND HE WOULD NOT COME PICK IT UP!!!!!   So I had no choice but to have some one else fix it.  He told Revdex.com, [redacted] that he would cover the part if I called him.  But now hes refusing to if I dont have the old part.    Hes been playing games like this since I bought the car.  He's been dishonest this whole time.   He is responsible for reimbursing me for what HE DIDNT FIX.    I dont have the money to bring my car into the shop every day!!!!!!  I PAID HIM TO FIX MY CAR!!!! After exchanging several phone messages, Revdex.com received call from Mike at CJ Auto, providing business response to complaint.Mike points out that he did not actually sell the car to Ms [redacted], but to her grandfather. He says the vehicle was sold "as is" in accordance with Minnesota Used Car Warranty Law,...

with all required 'Buyer's Guide' disclosures, signatures acknowledging "as is" purchase, etc.He says he's a little perplexed as to why Ms [redacted] is filing a complaint now, as he says CJ Auto worked with Ms [redacted] to address her vehicle condition concerns prior to the complaint being filed on January 31st. He says even when not legally required to do so on an "as is" purchase, CJ Auto will generally make an effort to work with customers toward a resolution, where reasonable.Mike acknowledges that the tires on the vehicle were likely somewhat older, but probably still had about 3/4 tread on them. He says CJ Auto put a set of used tires on the vehicle for Ms [redacted], addressed concerns with the vehicle's HID headlights, and installed something to shore up the underside / frame of the vehicle around the engine. He says his understanding is that Ms [redacted] may have struck a curb while driving in Pine Island, damaging a rim on the vehicle. Says CJ Auto has been willing to work with Ms [redacted] on some vehicle issues, within reason, but cannot participate in further repairs on a vehicle that was purchased "as is."
