My name is *** and I am the owner of CJ Bead StoreI have built my company from the ground up and have a solid reputation in the *** *** areaI recently saw a negative consumer review in the *** results pertaining to an incident that happened earlier in the year of ***I can see that
it was just filed recently in *** **, *** with the Revdex.comThe incident occurred months earlierWe are not members of the Revdex.com
This filing is without merit and I am asking for it to be removed from the Revdex.com website
I looked to see what the process was for filing a complaint and copied and pasted the guide lines from the Revdex.com site

This is the incident as it happened
A lady came into my store talking very loud on her cell phone.
Initially, I did not say anything because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that she would be courteous and end the callMy store is very small, Sq ft to be exactI went into my office for a minute to check my email on the computer and this lady came to my office door still speaking loud on her cell phone knocking on my door and asking if she could enter my officeI replied “no”I came out of the office and returned to the showroom
Two of my regular customers were shopping and started to complain how loud and obnoxious this lady was actingWhile she was checking out I asked her to please be courteous and re-frame from loud talking on her cell phone because she was being disruptiveThis lady began to scream and use profanityShe threw down the beads she purchased and said “I don't want this *** ***Give me my *** money back.”
I refunded her money immediatelyShe asked for the store copy of the signed receipt and I declined to give it to her because it is the store's property for our record keepingI did give her a copy insteadIn the complaint she said that she wants her money back and the copy of the receipt was not legitimate
First of all, she did receive a full refund and I do have proof of that in my credit card processing software
Second, If she did not receive her money she could have taken that up with her credit card company and she could have done a charge back.
This was not the caseThis lady has maliciously filed against my companyThis filling is without merit because she did receive her money
Third, As business owner I am well within my rights to ask customers who are disruptive to correct their behavior or leave the premises
In conclusion, I am asking the Revdex.com to remove this negative filing against my businessIt is without merit, it is slanderous and it has marred our stellar reputationIf you have any questions you can contact me at ***
