He refused to allow us to explain anything to him and was extremely rude. Our company has an outstanding reputation and all we were doing was giving him the opportunity to renew the current agreement. We were not charging him any additional fee other than the annual renewal. The first notice was sent in the original owners name. It was returned by the post office so we looked up the current owner on the Greenville county website. Once we changed the name we resent the original notice. We sent three notices before we sent the cancellation letter. If he doesn't want the coverage that is his choice, but no one is trying to deceive him in any way.
