Number 1, they never contacted me for a follow up after the "repair" work was completed, so I did not tell them there were no more leaks. Number 2, my boyfriend stated the "repair" work was completed improperly because the tech just put the material on top of the gutter and not behind the flashing. Number 3, the tech never inspected the damaged plywood, so if there was an inspection of the damage, it was done without my knowledge and when neither my boyfriend or myself was home. Number 4, the plywood is clearly damaged and moldy, so needs to be replaced. The business is correct in that the plywood has gotten wet since the "repair" work was done which indicates that the work was not done properly and the gutters continue to leak. Regards, [redacted]

They came today and pressure washed my gutters and cleaned them out Hopefully I won't have this problem next year when the Maple trees unload on my house.Thanks for your help!

I work full-time and am unable to call the business during the hours I am at work. I attempted to contact the company back on October 6, and spoke with the receptionist. I asked for Mr*** and was told that he was not in the office. Once I told the receptionist who I was and what I was calling about, she stated she was going to put me through to someone else, then appeared to be unable to hear me and ultimately hung up on me. I advised my boyfriend he would have to try contacting the company on my behalf since I was unable to get through, and he left a message for Mr*** on October 11. He did speak with Mr*** on October and was advised that someone from the company had come out and had caulked and put up more flashing which should have fixed the leaking. My boyfriend told him that had not fixed the problem because it was still leaking and Mr*** said that they would come out put up more flashing and caulk more and give me $"for compensation". My boyfriend advised him that would not suffice because I wanted the ruined plywood replaced, and Mr*** stated he would have to talk to someone else at the company and get back with my boyfriend. I do not know when the company supposedly came out and did these "repairs" because I was never notified prior to nor after they were done

We feel the business did not stand behind there product and the warranty we thought we had was customer satisfaction, but boy we were wrong. According to the people that removed the gutter, it was structure problems that cause the gutter to fall, which they should have noticed before installing the gutters. I know we won't get anything out of this, but I do hope this complaint will help others in going with someone other then Gutter shutter

This system was installed in JanIf the gutters were installed wrong there would have been a problem from the startWhat has happened is roof debris has washed down the valley and gathered behind the splash guard see pictureThere is no way we can prevent debris on your roof from washing down the valleysIt is the customers responsibility to call in when that happens and we will clean outThe Customer can not ignore the problem until damage is done and want us to fixAlso as you can see in the pictures of the splash guard the valley flashing stops short of the gutter we installed extra long flashing in that corner to carry the water to the gutterThe system has worked fine until the debris was piled up behind the guard

1. In the original pictures, there is no debris shown other than leaf. I'm still unclear as to what "service" was performed on 7/12/and have still not been told what that was.2. I did notify the company when I became aware of the problem. It took quite a bit of time for the amount of water that poured out of the panels we removed to accumulate there, so I did not wait months before I advised them of the damage.3. Your pictures taken on 10/26/prove what the problem is. The splash guard has been placed too far forward which provides a huge space for "debris" to accumulate ON THE GUTTERS which is causing the backup. If the splash guard was further back and/or flush to the roof, the "debris" would remain on the roof which slopes downward and would allow water to run into the gutters and be dispersed as it's supposed to be.4. I would like to know why I am not being given notification prior to this company coming out to my home to perform "services" and/or do whatever they want without my permission or knowledge. Any further "services" this company is going to do to my home will be done while either my boyfriend or I are home so that I can ensure they are not doing any further damage to the house
