C&J Fencing

C & J built a smaller fence and different design than was agreed on contract. They have refused to deal fairly with me regarding my complaint.
On 10/10/13, I contracted with C&J fencing to replace an old fence. The new fence was to go outward one foot beyond the old fence for a length of 115ft. The 4x6 poles were to extend beyond the fence. I also paid for "premium redwood" and for a seal to cover marks. They began the work on 10/21/13 and left on 10/22/13. They had built a smaller fence, not extended poles and used less than premium redwood. The old and new part of the fence was not connected and there was a pole from the old fence left up in the yard. I immediately complained. They have admitted wrong and then gone back on their word. After repeated calls, they came out in 12/10/13, and removed the old post in the yard and connected the two fences. However, I have tried to get them to replace the bad wood and to lower the cost of the fence due to not completing the work correctly. Those negotiation seem to be stalled, with them saying that they did not agree to extend the poles or extend the fence. They have limited how many pieces of wood that they will replace. I do not trust that they can or will deal faily with me.
