Your rug as was to be new when I inspected it smelled like sometime of perfume as an issue maybe your dog had an accident and someone tried covering it up. We work in many homes with sofas next to hardwood floors, bamboo floors and expensive rugs, we always cover up the area as we did with yours. You call me a liar please have some facts to back that up, I believe you are using us as an excuse and believe that spot was caused by your pet or somebody in your house, furthermore my *** reviews does not show a pattern of causing damage. Furthermore my groupon rating is % no damage there with serving customers. We have been curtious to you but we will not accept the damage as we did not make that problem on your rug. Again we do understand how you feel, serving thousands of customers over the years, we rarely have been called liars

On the voucher that *** had purchased back in 06/04/the promotional value is good for one year from date of purchase making that 06/04/2012, also it specifically states that it cannot be used with any other vouchers, certificates of offers. Today we had cleaned his carpet on a
offer from our website which originally three rooms and hall for $and he also wanted to include the stairs, which would be the offer plus $for the stairs making it $total special offer. That included three bedrooms a hall all the closets and stairs. We included four closets in the special offer. As you can see from our invoice without the web special he would have had to pay $instead of the offer of $99.00. I told him to read the voucher and he will see that he could not use the voucher and get the other discounted offer, but I would apply the $to the $140.00, he did not want to do that so hed paid the webite special. He is also not entitled to the $as that has expired in 06/04/2013. I also pointed out and read him his voucher that you cannot use it with any other offers. I also told him if he does not want to use it now that we will apply it later to any regular priced service and he became madBecause this voucher has not been used by us over two years I did tell him I would need to see it and he could send me a text with it he told me he did not have it with him when we spoke on the phone, however in any event we cannot honor both discounts as allowed to us on the voucher. Please ask him to send you a copy of his voucher and you will see the clause were you cannot use it with any other vouchers, certificates or any other offers. You may also check with yelp.coWe stand by our conclusisions and gave him the options, and he decided to pay us the offer from our website. Iam CJ Frank the owner and had also completed the service at his house, ***Email to Revdex.com

We did clean a sofa, chair and ottoman for her for the $95.00. With over years experience I had told her we would bring in a carpet to cover the area where we would clean and had done soWe were not hired to clean her rug nor do we take responsibility for any damage as this was not
done by usThe area she is speaking about is behind where we cleaned towards a coffee table and we had no reason to be that far backAll our supplies where in her kitchen area and was never brought into the area where we cleaned her furnitureAs a professional when she called about the rug spot, I wanted to come out and see what she was talking about after coming out and looking at the spot she was talking about I asked her what it might be as I was assuming she had already made up her mind to blame usAs I was already at her house I told her we would try to clean it and she agreed, I asked her if anyone may have spilled anything as she was not present when we finished the cleaning, only her daughter and there dog was insideWhen I asked her if anyone may have spilled a glass of water she went to the kitchen and then proceeded to spill water on another part of the carpet which browned the fiber somewhatWe tried cleaning it as a favor not because we did itIn her complaint she said "when I called him He acted like he did not see the spot" and that is accurately true, we even spoke with her daughter to look at the sofa and it seems she did not see any spot alsoIf we had seen it we would have immediately spotted it right there that is what we do, we would not have left that behindShe does have a dog and maybe that problem happened shortly after we left but there was no spotwhen we finished. We do not think we should return the fee for cleaning her furniture for a spot that may have been done by the dog our her daughter or someone else. We do feel bad about her new rug and release how she feels, but I cannot apologize for something we did not do nor return the fee on a rug we did not clean or damage. Had we came out to clean the rug and was paid for that and created a spot we would return the fee, but we cleaned furniture and protected the area where we cleaned and was paid for that

[During the initial business phone call with CJ, he was informed of my intention to apply the $30 [redacted] credit towards the job. I specifically emphasized on the $30 unused credit and had asked to see if he would still honor it. His reply was yes, I will honor the credit if it has not been used. His quote and response gave no objection to my requests. He made no disclosure that the $99 quote provided was a special deal and never instructed me to provide the coupon code in advance for verification. All he instructed was to meet him at 9 am and to bring the voucher.
Things turned 180 when it was time for the payment.  CJ was adamant that he couldn't honor the credit because he could not mix voucher with special deal. He was also ill prepared because he did not have computer/smartphone to verify the voucher. I explained to CJ all I wanted was for him to honor the credit value. His lack of contract understanding and threatening stares made me feel unsafe so I obliged in his rude business practice. Please feel free to see all of CJs customer feedback dated in 2015 on [redacted]. It speaks volume on the type of his business operation. All I'm looking for is the $30 credit that I'm legally entitled to per voucher statement and per phone conversation.  ]

Review: I hired this company to clean my living room furniture. In the process of doing so, they somehow left a huge stain on my living room rug. I had just purchased the rug the day before. The stain is big and brown and about 20 inches in diameter. When I called him to talk about this, he acted like he hadn't seen the spot, which would have been impossible. It took several phone calls before he responded and that was only by text. I sent him a picture of the stain and he told me not to touch it an he would come out the next weekend and clean it. He showed up 45 minutes late, without apology, and repeatedly stated that my rug must have been defective. He proceeded to clean it and left an even worse stain. He never once apologized for this event. He was so unprofessional and full of excuses. The assistant working with him had more professionalism than him, he actually apologized to me. He left that day with an agreement to return 4 days later to try another approach. He never showed up for the last appointment, nor would he answer my calls.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund of the amount I paid him for the work he did. With that, perhaps I can get my rug cleaned by a truly capable professional.

As I was already at her house I told her we would try to clean it and she agreed, I asked her if anyone may have spilled anything as she was not present when we finished the cleaning, only her daughter and there dog was inside. When I asked her if anyone may have spilled a glass of water she went to the kitchen and then proceeded to spill water on another part of the carpet which browned the fiber somewhat.. We tried cleaning it as a favor not because we did it. In her complaint she said "when I called him He acted like he did not see the spot" and that is accurately true, we even spoke with her daughter to look at the sofa and it seems she did not see any spot also. If we had seen it we would have immediately spotted it right there that is what we do, we would not have left that behind. She does have a dog and maybe that problem happened shortly after we left but there was no spot. when we finished. We do not think we should return the fee for cleaning her furniture for a spot that may have been done by the dog our her daughter or someone else. Review: I called CJ to get an appointment for carpet clean on 7/17/15. In the phone call, we had discussed on pricing of $99 service and the terms of applying credit of $30 from an unused and expired Y[redacted] Redemption Voucher Program. The promotional event was conducted by CJ Frank through Y[redacted] as a buy $30 and get $50 value. CJ says he'll honor the $30 credit since the terms had expressed voucher is redeemable for the amount paid. He tells me to bring the voucher on cleaning day for verification. Low & behold, CJ did not honor his words on 7/20/15. First, he was not able to check the voucher because he did not have access to computer. Second, he gives an excuse and blamed me for not providing the Y[redacted] Code prior to his arrival. Not once did CJ ask me to provide him the code through TELEPHONE prior to his arrival. He then proceeds to say that the coupon is not valid with any special offers. Not once during our phone discussion did CJ mention the $99 pricing is a special offer. I checked his website, and he currently has a special for $79.99 and not for $99.TO the Public: I WAS NOT ASKING FOR CJ TO HONOR THE PROMOTIONAL VALUE of $50. All I wanted was the $30 credit that I had gave in advance to be applied towards the service. Voucher Stated: YOU HAVE 1 YR TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER FOR PROMOTIONAL VALUE. AFTER THAT, YOUR VOUCHER IS REDEEMABLE FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM USING CJ and DO NOT FALL FOR HIS YELP/GROUPON Promtional Vouchers that he currently has. He will not honor the initial credit that consumers had paid in advance after promotional period.Desired Settlement: Apply the $30 credit that I had already paid in advance. I want a $30 refund from CJ FRANK Carpet Cleaning.I want CJ to honor his Y[redacted] CONSUMER PROTECTION CLAUSE: VOUCHER IS REDEEMABLE FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AFTER EXPIRATION DATE.
