C&J Golf Carts

Purchased new golf cart on September 23 2019; delivered in October 2019. Delivered with lights not working, owner promised to fix within the week. November 2019, it stops running; lights still have not been fixed. They finally pick it up for repair around December 9. After almost two weeks with no communication, owner texts to say it will be dropped off on Saturday. She doesn't show or call.. We contact her again, she states it will be there on a certain date and she doesn't deliver, nor call. This happens for a couple of weeks. She then sends rude texts about being sorry for inconveniencing our life and we need to just get it ourselves. My husband says ok, tell me when and where. She didn't respond for days. We post on her Facebook page which prompts a response ... again no show, no call. Then threatens that we will not get it back if we, and someone she named, comments on her page again. My husband finally calls the sheriff's department who contacts her and tells her to return it the next day. She says she will but doesn't; then claims he told her to wait until an officer can be present. Lie #***. She finally delivers it, without an officer present, around 7:30 pm in the dark and rain on January 31. When we finally get it in the garage and dried off, we see the floor mat we purchased separately is missing and immediately call. Owner (husband) states he will order a new one that night and have it delivered as it must have 'blown off down the highway.? We also note damage, wear and dirtiness. The golf cart doesn't run properly and to date they have not responded to messages. We are extremely disgusted by this company's service and poor quality product.
