Second time responding....We have notified the CA Department of Taxation twice now.....issue should be directed to the California Dept of Taxation and asked why they are delayed in responding. We did everything we could on our end and Mr Hooper should not be a disrespectful rude person when calling my office!
This is a client that had an issue with the CA Department of Taxation & Finance which I have responded 2 times with Department. They are behind and the situation should be handled as soon as they can. Ridiculous that my firm is responsible for the delay of the CA Dept of Taxation.

I have a 54min recorded phone conversation with CA tax and finance dated 10/5/2017. As of that date 10/5/2017 they had not been contacted by phone or mail rectifying the situation. We also received a final notice of payment from Ca tax and finance in or around the first week of November for a payment, with interest of $150, which we paid in full. What's ridiculous is all the phone calls I've made and the money I paid and to say that they are behind, for 6 months, come on. This could have all been avoided
