The people working at CJ Real Estate are great and always promptNever had a problem

Terrible customer service Not completely honest and they do not keep their agents informed on the properties or requirements We were approved but only if we got rid of our dog then just to get us out of the office all of a sudden they would see what they could do and get back to us Ummmm Doubt that just based on the fact that they are very disorganized and rude They didn’t have a problem taking our money And even offered to let us put a deposit down knowing we had a dog, but at the very last minute all of a sudden our pet not allowed

I called to make a complaint on [redacted] Ash I spoke with his manager RyanWhile speaking with Ryan he just informed me how I was wrong and argued with me to prove his position and what he could doHe then later placed a charge on my account which he never said anything about that while we were speaking on the phone

I am accurately satisfied with the service of CJ Real EstateThe staff is always friendly and helpful

Since moving in in August I have many issues with the real estate companyMy roommates [redacted] and [redacted] have lived here for a year before I moved inWhen I moved in the garage was not usable due to a spider infestation, the fireplace was not usable and has not been usable because my other roommates were told by Results that they were going to clean it, there was a waterfall outside of our front door, the door was falling a part, our dryer and dishwasher were completely outdated, the garbage disposal did not work, and the dishwasher was leaking The biggest problem that we had was that [redacted] 's toilet was leaking, causing our water bill to sky rocketThis was an issue before the summer even started, and was not fixed by the time I moved inTheir bills were near doubling over the summmer [redacted] went abroad to study over the summer, and the toilet was still running while she was goneThe realators would not fixed the issue when they first brought it

I give this company a D ratingWhen we were originally trying to find a place (beginning of July, 2017) properties were shown to us and we decided we liked one amd wanted to move forward only to find out the locations were not actually available until late September! Finally I asked which properties WERE available and picked one from those Fine, we like it enoughScheduled to move in on a Friday, with weeks left of the monthThe agent showed up about hours later than agreed upon to get the keys and do the walkthrough before mo(he hadnt factored in traffic) fine, things happenWe had all utilities on in our names by the morning of move in dateI happened to check the website where you can view rent due etc, about weeks laterThey tried to charge us for a week of water bill stating it had not been in our names til a week laterWe produced receipts and the charge disappearedNow, the second full month of living here, Sep My husband took the check into the office last week (on the 1st) and received a receipt(There is the option to pay rent online, for a 3.5% fee) The check has yet to come out of our bamk account, so I checked their website, it states we haven't and have a $fine tacked onto the billI calledThe lady told me that it costs so much because it was lateI explained to her that it the check was delivered on time and that we have receipt proofShe said oh one moment, and forwarded me to a voicemailI reiterated my statement to the voicemail and am waiting for responseThe pros: They have someone out as much as necessary to mow the grass(Every week or two) They are out the next day if you have a maintenance issue(The sink drain had been poorly welded and was leaking profusely)

These people are the worse they are liars and cheaters they are very greedy and will try to get over on you RENTER BEWARE

Unhelpful managmentNever responds in a timely mannerMaintnence is never helpful and has never once got back to me in two months

My husband and I rented a Lee's Summit townhome from CJ Real Estate (Blue Springs, MO location) and we did not get our full security deposit back ($1050) once we were done rentingWhen we moved into the rental property in April 2016, the property was not moready; my husband had vacuumed multiple loads of pet hair from the carpetClearly the carpet was neither new or professionally cleanedIn 2017, we bought a house and served notice that we were not going to renew our leaseWe received a move-out packet that asked for professionally cleaned carpet with a copy of the receiptWe countered that CJ Real Estate should provide US with a receipt of having cleaned the carpet before we moved inOn June 22, 2017, we received an email confirmation from owner Christy [redacted] - copying me, my husband, and CJ Real Estate employee Corby [redacted] - stating, "Yes on the 6th of this month [JUNE] I had stated [TO THE [redacted] ] not to clean the carpets they were suppose to have been replaced and t

This company appears to have everything together and advertises great properties and follows through by having an online showing appointment makerAfter setting up appointments to look at home for days, I received emails stating the home is no longer available, the property is still being occupiedHad it of been 1-yes that's possible but as it appears none of their listings are available except the properties in very dangerous neighborhoods that are not even comparable to the homes I had set up to look atScam!

Staff is great, very responsive to issues and needsGreat experience and will recommend company to friends and family

Hello Revdex.com, I really hope you can help meI am desperate I rented a condo located at [redacted] ***I moved on 01/26/and there is a contract for a whole year CJproperties offered me a condo including a washer and dryer machineThe washer machine does not work & never worked since the first dayI called multiple times, I send them text messages to different telephone numbers and receive multiple calls promising that they will fix the washer machineCJproperties sent three people (two different vendors technicians & a maintenance guy) to fix the washer machine and I have to schedule time off at work THREE different times to wait for them to fix it, but they never did itThey called me and gave all kind of excuses like “we will check the guarantee, we will order some washer machine parts, a manager will call you” and they do not provide any resolutionI do not care about what they have to doI need to use my washer machine NO
