Review: Had new rood installed on home on 12-18-12 with durations series shingles and had trouple with roof leaking in spare bedroom.

Called contracter [redacted] and he said it was due to ice build up on edge of roof.

He came up an chopped the ice off and charged me 75 dollars to do it and the roof still leakes and dripped untill I have a hole in my ceiling

Called back 2 times and left messages on his voice maid with no reply back from him.

I feel he took advantage of me being I'm a senor citizedn - no brand new roof should leakDesired Settlement: ? ? ? ? ? ?

Revdex.com spoke with business who states:

There is a stain that continues to bleed through the sheetrock. Company went into attic twice and felt everything which is dry (approximately 2 weeks ago). The only want to repair is to cut out sheetrock and replace, which consumer doesn't want done. The area was primed and painted at time of roof replacement.

The consumer called the Revdex.com and stated there is no stain, there is a 4 inch hole in the bedroom which is leaking the contractor needs to come out and fix this hoel at no charge to me. Additionally the contractor hasn't been out to my home since the snow, when I was informed ther ewas ice buildup that was causing the leak and the contractor charged me $75 to remove. This didn't help the leak as such I also want the $75 refunded, since the problem appears to be the pipe in the ceiling.
