Horrible customer service!! They tell you they will call you back but the don't They won't tell you they have a $estimate fee at front and they try to charge you the amount if you pick up your machine without doing repairs I waited weeks to get a estimate on a simple push mower repair and I was the one that called many times to get answers Horrible customer service when I went to pick up the machine You are better off going to E Race Ave # Searcy, AR (501) 279-
