CJ Spouting

Review: The owner named Cody, we contracted to install lifetime gutters and downspouts, He arrived late and in the process of installing it became dark he tried to finish using flashlights, He said after we paid him that he would return to fix any issues any time. He did return to fix a few leaks about 2 monhts later then winter came and the one brand new gutter he installed was running the wrong way-- away from the downspout, and when we got heavy rain it would over flow right at out steps to out back deck, and in the winter it would freeze and turn to ice on the deck steps makeing it unueseable. I tried contacting him more then a dozen times over the winter with no response, leaving messages on his anwering machine and his aunt. He did not return one single call, I then saw him working on a home in town and confronted him in person, he promised to get over to my place and fix the issue and explained that he was very busy, However the Mayor of the town informed me his work truck has not moved in several weeks, I waited 5 weeks and still no contact called and left more messages no return call. He does not answer the phone and has ended his company po box but does have a forwarding address I have contacted my lawyers to contact him. He has advertised that he is fully insured right on his truck. This winter will cause more ice and the real possiblity of someone falling down the steps My mother is the owner and is 78 yrs old.Desired Settlement: For CJ Spouting to come to our house and readjust the gutter so the rain water runs to the downspout.
