Review: Taxes were prepared by owner there were errors in my tax return where the w-2vwas not added and was lost, she also allowed suggested that my son's father claim our child and he just split the money with my with left me owing the state money that I would not have owed if I had claimed him. I spoke with her verbally about this when I picked up my paperwork she stated she did not owe me anything and used profanity in front of my child. Later the owner via text stated that she would return the service fee of $350 when refund was deposited this occurred on 3/28 this was sent to myself and my son's father. I check on the IRS website to see when the refund was expected the website stated 3/31. When 3/31 came I had no refund I contacted IRS who stated that the deposit was rejected I later found out that my account info was wrong. So then I waited a few days called the IRS back on 4/10 they stated the check was being mailed it was then I realized that it was being mailed to an old address which I have not lived at in yrs and was not on any of my tax papers they stated to either track down the mail or wait 5 weeks for a new check. I was very upset at this point I contacted her and stated that this was inconvenient and too many errors and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com in regards to this she instead of fixing the issue began to tell me that its hard to start a [redacted] business and that I am a hater. I finally was able to locate my mail and got my refund but noticed it was $350 short on 4/15. So I contacted the IRS they stated they deposited into an account of hers. I contacted her to see if she would comply with her agreement from 3/28 she stated no she would not return it because I said I was going to contact the Revdex.com due to her not being professional. I pleaded with her numerous times and she stated to do what I need to do our business is over she is not going to return my service fee. She is very unprofessional and I just want to cut ties and get the $350 she agreed to refund.Desired Settlement: $350 as promised or 500 which would be the refund and the amount spent to have taxes amended by [redacted]
