I am rejecting this response because: the company did not return to fix the leak until after they received a letter from my attorney They still do poor work and don't care about the customers property especially the interior of the home They did cause damages and I DID NOT receive and "free" work

This client had a leak after we did her bathroom remodelBefore she filed her complaint she was told that we would come out and stop the leakWhen we did not return fast enough and we were given one day she filed with the Revdex.comShe also said we caused damage to her wall we did
notThese were small surface mark that's still we're not caused by our companyWe did return and fix the leakWe also filled her wall where needed even though we did not cause the damageShe also does not mention the work we did for her that was free of charge during her remodel as our goal is to please the clientAll in all she was happy and satisfied when we parted waysIt's a shame people sometimes don't always retract what they put out to the Revdex.com when things go well for them afterwards

I am rejecting this response because:They are not telling the truthI initially was going to have *** do my flooringThey came out and measured and told me that I would have to get my sub floor fixedIf it needed more than leveling application they do not do that kind of workI called C & J for sub floor repair or replaceRefer to Document dated 7/6/this is what the owner came withNote at top of page it reads Sub floor repair / replaceI told him what *** told me and that I wanted the bad spots in my sub floor fixedBy the way I only have the orginal sub floor in my house from when the house was built in I had carpet and padding over it which I tore out myself* I'm sure could tell you that or I could get a document from them( If needed ).The owner informed me that *** sub contract out there workHe told me that he would level my floor put new sub floor on top, Laminate with paddingfor As he was leaving he comented on my crumbling steps, I asked him to fix them alsoHe then added the steps and the flooring to the document.( Note two different hand writing ) The job was supose to start on Monday July, and be A day job, so I was toldThey came on Monday did only stepsThey came on Tuesday said my dog was too load so came back on Wensday did a little work on level applicationThe owner came to collect A payment of that was supose to be when sub floor and steps was doneHe assured me that they was going to have the sub floor padding and Laminate all down the next day, so I paid himThe next day after working A hour shift I came home toall the flooring down except small portion across my living room.There was no sub floor and no padding, I only then called the owner as I was on my way to bank to cancle check that they already cashedWhy would I try to cancle the day before when the owner was telling me I would come home to A beutifull floor the next day Yes I was very angery, who would not beI was lied to and taken advantage ofThey talked to me like I was stupid and did not know anything about flooringTrying to tell me It would all be OK when finished, it's not OKThey put nails in the Laminat, floor not level gaps in flooring and peices of Laminate not cut long enuogh for quarter round to cover( refer to pictures sent )As for them urinating in my yard I beleve my neighbor he would have no reason to lieRegards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: the response is an out and out lie They never wore shoe coverings the agreement was to cover the flooring and protect it Your husband Charlie P*** stated he would pay for the damages He was there with the repairman You were paid $for a remodel job and are liars and thieves preying on the community you live in you owe the money and you know you caused the damageHow I choose to have the work performed is not your business and your quote was done knowing full well this was a brand new floorYOU are a LIAR and a thief and I am sure your you do not have other happy customers I have also contacted your bankruptcy trustee

This is in reply to ID number ***. We we were not contracted specifically to repair uneven subfloorWe were contracted to lay laminate flooring yes when you lay a floor it must have subfloor and paddingShe did not want us to do that correctlyWhat she wanted was for us to lay laminate
flooring over existing flooring that already included a subfloor padding and also flooringFor us to call one on top of the other would have raised her flooring to dangerous levels when leaving or entering the Next RoomSo we applied self-leveling application and some subflooring included with that and then install laminate flooring on the topWhich in effect brought her floor flush as possible as stated in the contractShe is complaining about having a new flush laminate floor with new corner round. She did she did pay $1,at her signingAnd she did pay $1,at leveling and partial subfloor applicationWe worked the next day installing her flooring including finished corner roundShe then called the owner and told him to come to her home.When when he arrived the client was inebriated and angryShe said that she had tried to cancel the check the day beforeShe allowed us to continue installing the flooring knowing she had tried to cancel the check yet said nothing to us and continued to allow us to workStill after saying nothing to us she allowed us to complete the jobAnd when it came time for her to make her final payment upon completion she refusedHer last payment totaled $She refused to speak to us afterwardsHad she spoke with us we would have informed her that she was due a refund of $as we did not install complete subfloor or paddingWe have,( as is our policy) beautiful pictures of her finished floorHer floor is levelIt does not have been walked onShe states that she tripped and fellIf that happened I'm sure it had to do with her inability to walk under the influenceI understand that that is not the nicest thing to say of someoneBut my reputation is at stake and I feel the truth should be toldThe sawdust Etc she speaks of cannot be cleaned up by the company if you refuse to pay us and we have no access to it.As as far as our company urinating in her yard, that is a disgusting accusation on her partWe used her bathroom. This client hired our company to remodel her kitchenFirst before the work was started she had a contractor not us install a new kitchen floorUsually flooring is the last install on a remodel due to damage that can occur during the processWe talked the floor War shoe coverings and took every
measure we could to avoid any mishapsUnfortunately we did ship an edge that was so close to the wall that's a base trim would have covered itHowever we did the right thing and repaired the chipThis was not to her satisfaction and she had her very expensive floor guy take up what we repaired and redo to an extreme accruing her a cost of $Client stated in her complaint that we did a full remodel jobShe does not mention that she likes our work so well that she referred not one but two of her own family members to us for their remodelsDuring our dealings with her she has harassed our company daily over $we feel we do not oweShe filed the complaint not because of our work performed but because she did not get her way after calling herself an additional $that was unnecessaryShe stated in her complaint that no one should hire our companyEvery client's experience is differentShe is not happy with hers but we have many many clients who are and continue to call us when they have a need
