In we purchased triple pane windows installed from C.J.'s Home Improvement When we bought the windows we knew that the company did not have experience with Log homes but they said that was a market they wanted to enter The employee who came to install the windows came alone, did not have experience or training with log homes and didn't even know that he would be working with a log home My husband and nephew had to provide assistance in order to get the windows installed
In March a winter storm blew out one of the window sections The window no longer locked but we were waiting until warmer weather to address that The window didn't break but a section of the slide did When we called we were told that it was still under warranty but they charged $to come look at it They never came When we called back in August because they had never come or called they didn't call back the first time The second time they said a part would be sent to us It has not been received The windows cost $each and the company did not meet what we feel is the minimum standard
