I am rejecting this response because: everything you are accusing me of is exactly what your business has done: not returned several phone calls from me or the insurance adjuster Your accusations are inaccurate Of course you don't know because you never called me or came by way before you went on a honeymoon Fraud? It's your company that does "two contracts" to deceive the insurance company and customers( I have that recorded) Me taking advantage sir? You need to learn to be a professional It is obvious by your responses that you're not I don't have time to play the games, take advantage and do wrong to others( that's funny because that is what I felt about your company and people) The only reason I got an attorney is because I was threatened more than once by your roofer that you all would sue me when I kept asking when would the work be completed and how I was advised not to have the final check paid until the work was done( that too is recorded)It may have been a bluff but how was I supposed to know? New appliances? That too is inaccurate but even if that were the case, what does that have to do with not fulfilling the expectations of a job properly done and causing further damage? I'm done sir, no more responses

I am rejecting this response because: the person is rambling on an on and is not addressing the issue that occurred, verified by an adjuster and is here say Never once did he himself contact me to get an understanding The "salesman" asked for the instance estimate first to determine if he could do the job without the deductible and he said he could I was unaware of one of the two contracts I signed that the rape, float etc of the water damage was not going to be corrected until I kept waiting and asking Then and only then did the"salesman" make me aware that that was not on the "one" contract turned in to the insurance company You can say what you want, I have the inspector"s reports, pics and proof You wouldn't know- you never came by or bothered to call

I am rejecting this response because:***,You had agreed to perform work, and you have not done it. You have breached the contract You have prevaricated on numerousoccasions. My wife and I had very positive interactions with all of your workersNo one has ever called anyone any names or yelled at anyoneActually, we had very pleasant conversations with your workers and even invited *** and *** (two of your workers) todinner, but they had other plansRegardless of your accusations, it is extremely unprofessional to quit (by text message which we still have) for anyreason and leave our home in disarray for months. On July 12, 2015, you sent us an email saying that you would put a lien on ourproperty if we did not find someone to finish the work that you had failed to finish. You wrote in your email that we must findsomeone to do it for under $1000. Unfortunately, no one will finish the work that you had started for that price. We do not appreciate being threatened, bullied, blackmailed, or lied to. We will not be swayed by your threats. We have very detailed phone records which prove when you called and texted usIt is untowardthat you have not shown pride in your work nor kept your word. I am deeply disappointed that your workers damaged our home and left countless nails and other debris in our yard. The cost to finish your work is over the $limit that you had established in your July email. The estimate we have received to replace the window is $965.00. The price to remove the debris left by your crew is $The price of the window screens is $The total to finish your uncompleted work is $Provided that you send us a written invoice/bill minus this amount ($1177), it will be paidThe amount owed to you for roof repairs is $The total amount for the roof repairs is $We have already paid you $Additionally, upon receiving this payment, we would like another detailed and itemized receipt from you for the roof repairs mailed and emailed to us immediately. Dear Mam,You contracted with us through my salesman, *** ***, to do the ROOF onlyWe have a signed legal contract that youhad for days before you signed then reviewed it for a hour with my salesman before you signed itWe try our best to help people.I have helped hundreds of “one parent”
moms, widows, divorced and “troubled” familesThey all appreciate my help but not onehas ever tried to take advantage of my familyI have two children and a smaller house than yours but I still pay my bills. If you want us to do every detail on your insurance claim list, just read their total of $9,144,YOU ARE RESPON-SIBLE TO PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLA OF $1,You wanted and needed help and we want to help youWe gave you justthe roof at $6,You still wanted more and wanted a free upgrade to a Dimensional shinglesYour insurance demanded 3-tabyear shingles but *** told me this is your first home and you needed help so out of the kindness of my heart, I approved adimensional roof at no additional costsAccording to your insurance, the cost of your 3-tab, year, shingles would be $7,747.19not counting taxesWe are almost $1,under what you are supposed to pay and still you got a free dimensional upgrade. We are hired by ten different companies, have done roofs this past year, and every customer and company is soooohappy that we finish in one dayOnly the roofers that do not have a crew and take three days are not hired againWe did a goodjob,There were not any vents left open on your houseWhat you see is the bottom of the vents is flashing of the vent and pipejack bases that do not get covered by shinglesIt rained four seperate times and days before you said it was leakingYou called anappliance because your appliance busted a pipeIt is quite coincidental that you now have a new appliance in the same spotYouhad the applaince guy check the roof and another company but I did not see their reports nor picturesYou have a good sound roof.My roofer saw it, my project manager saw it and everything is perfectThe problem is not the roof leaking, four rains later, butyour applainceIf you needed help, we would have bought you an appliance.I am not here to persecute youI do not want my family nor business persecuted alsoYou have started writing bad reviewson me an my company that are and in “Defamation” and “Slanderous” towards my company, family and futurePLEASESTOPHow is it a scam to get a free roofA scam is contractor who steals your check and never does the workWe have completedand went beyond what any other roofer would do for youWe do not do additional work beyond the contractYou can notnegoiate the lowest possible price, demand upgrades, wait for the work done and now say, “oh, and do this, and this, and this”.NOI can buid you a house but you must pay the cost, not free. What is confusing to me is why you did not call your insurance when you discovered any leakThey have experts, theywould have paid for everythingWhy not call your insuranceHowever you called a plumber to inspect a roofWe can hire ourown special adjuster, our own inspector, call a reputable roofer and I bet the roof is perfect.I will offer this to you onceYou owe the company for the work completedYou received a lot of money from the insuranceand just by reading their scope, the majority of it should be for the roofIt is insurance fraud to keep insurance proceedsInsteadof you hiring an attorney, and we hire an attorneyWe will accept $1,of the balance owed saving you a lot of money to buyan additional appliance and paint a ceilingIf you agree, all legal matters, liens and disputes will be dropped

Dear sir/mam, My apologies for the situationWe called but nobody answered the day we roofed youThe previous week your wife advised us that the following week is better for the work to start so we did only to be yelled at by herWe finished the roof in one dayThe following day two windows
were purchased and brought over, one small and one largerThe smaller window on the one story was replacedWhen the worker got to the two story window, it was discovered that instead of two separate windows like it appeared, it was actually one large case window with two windows insideWe rushed to *** *** *** *** but that window is not available anymoreI told your wife the situation and asked if just the glass can be replaced on the spot that day but she yelled at me and refusedWe asked if she wanted one large window but she called me an itIf your window is not made nor available, what is any worker to doShe called my worker a peasant and yelled at the that they were stupidWhat should we doThe next day or so she was texting me complaining and my wife and I quickly went over only to be yelled at about why are we disturbing her nap timeI told her that I just want to be payed on the roof and she can have the already installed smaller window for free and keep the money for the two story larger window and hire someone elseShe yelled at us to leave We are currently in the process on filing a lien on the property or a compromiseWe are offering $1,off the total just to repair one window since the other is already doneThis is more then fairWe have called numerous times but no one answers our callsWe treat everyone fairly however, respect goes both waysNot one of my workers want to go back and be treated like peasants or be yelled atFrom the outside, the window looked like two easy windows with a divider in the middle but once the trim is removed, it is differentThe insurance did not even catch itAgain, I apologize and may God bless you

My apologies for the situation and your misunderstandingShingles fall due to gravity as we use shovels to scrape them off your roofThe salesman should have told you that yes there is a mess in any and every construction site and no one is allowed to walk around the mess, dogs kids nor adultsWe
have done everything on the contract however, you kept on trying to add things once we were doneWe explained that its called a "Change Order" and requires a new contract and more chargesWe are not their to address every defect on your home just what you agreed to pay for on the contract you signedWe can bring them up to your attention and discuss if you want to pay for repairing but it is not freeI talked to your husband and we are going back to paint the facia wood we repaired however, it has been sprinkling and/or raining almost every day or every other dayWe need to sunny days to paint correctlyWe will also address any other things you point out that was on the contractAlso, you are in the middle of the biggest hail storm in Texas historyAll roofing companies are behind - monthsWe were behind one monthWe did not take your money abut used it already on half your materials. What concerned the company is when we did ask for the remainder of the first check the insurance sent you and you said you had no more money and that you spent itSo, how are you going to pay for the roof much less to paint some wood? Your insurance sent you roughly $5,and you gave us $3,so far but you still owe us the second check from the insurance which I about another$1,So you expect the company to keep working if you already spent what the insurance sent you? You expect us to commit insurance fraud for you and ask for more money? The insurance sends a second check upon proof that the first was paid in addition to your deductible. We are going to go paint and address all issues you point outIf we are not paid in full upon completion of the painting, your insurance will be notified of you committing insurance fraud and a lien will be placed on your propertyHave a good day

Dear Mam,I did contact you with my wife when you yelled at us both and you were very rudeWhen I was at my honeymoon, I sent aroofer and my most experienced project manager to address the issueYou screamed at them bothNeither he nor the roof foundany open vents on the roofSend the Revdex.com your pictures and reports so we can see themIn addition, your supposedly attorneywrote a letter instructed us not to have any contact with you at allSo how can we go see you only to give you more of an excuseto yell at us? We called your attorney times, my attorney has called him and his cell phone picks up but never answers, odd forattorney? So you want help but no help and then help againOnce we receive such a letter we turn it over to the attorneys and thecourtI am trying to help youShow us the reports, allow my adjuster to go see, let us test it, if it is a roof leak then no problembut if it is your plumbing leak then you are at fault, then its not usI am trying to help you by giving you a huge discount but youare not satisfiedWhat do you want in life? You have a free roof, upgraded and you still argueYou have more then enough moneyyou have taken from the insurance to use to do any repairs but still you want moreYou have done this same thing to other contractors, why do you take advantage of hard working families trying to feed their kidsSo you tell me, what is it that you want? Imean, all involved are adults, speak plainly, honestlyWe did you a very good job and it is not leaking from the roof. Can we also see a picture of your new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer? Show the work that was completed and invoices fromthese contractors so we can call them to confirm. We reject your response, just speak plainlyStop wasting time and life, be honest, happy and true and God will reward youBedeceitful and lie and you will not be blessed.I will offer this to you once moreYou owe the company for the work completed more then $3,You received a lot ofmoney from the insuranceIt is insurance fraud to keep insurance proceedsInstead of you hiring an attorney, and we hire an attorney. We will accept $1,of the balance owed saving you a lot of money to buy an additional appliance and paint a ceiling. If you agree, all legal matters, liens and disputes will be dropped

I am rejecting this response because: You are correct that it was not in the written contract, which we did not see until after the work was already partially completed from the verbal discussion that we had with the point of contact from CJ's roofingThe verbal agreement initially was that the patio covering would be redone for an additional $This was before any work on the roof had commenced. With respect to ***, we had no direct communication with him and did not know who he was until he came to do the work on CJ's behalfWhile he was doing the work on the patio covering, he made a comment in passing that he was only there because he had "lost a bet" of some kind with someone from CJ's and this was his way of repaying them*** never talked about money matters with us and we did not pay him directly for work on the patio coverAs far as we were concerned, he was a subcontractor working under the direction of CJ's.In terms of money matters, the initial point of contact with CJ's was the one who directed us about paymentThe comment regarding the deductible is confusing and is the first time we are hearing about itAny clarification would be appreciatedIf we were misled to pay inappropriately we are willing to correct the error

My apologies for recommending a carpenter/handyman we used for word work and other various projects in the pastWe referred him to you and I believe you used him for various projects around your home, wood work and painting, patio cover, etcour contract was filled in every detailYou never paid
your deductible, which is against the law, and we do not commit insurance fraudThe price we gave you and what is written in the contract was completedThe patio cover was not in the contractHowever when you wanted it done, we referred you to *** who could do the job cheaper since you did not want to pay your deductible and basically keep insurance funds allocated to do your repairs properlyIf you wanted to follow your insurance scope and what it supposed to cost with your deductible included, which is what your legally supposed to do, we could have done more for youWe can give you ***’s # and address if you want so you can file a complaint against his work but our work was completed and completed correctlyIn addition, the gap you see is a small gutter from the original structureA valley metal flashing can be out there but then your gutter would be uselessThank you and God Bless You

As we said before, we are going to address all concerns as well as paint the new wood we replaced once the chance of rain is low and it's nice and sunny outside Your family was never threatened but it is concerning when your family says they spent the money owed to the company Is it not? Good day
