My vehicle was towed due to a parking banThey made me wait an hour for my car even though I was there as soon as it was towedThey had us waiting for a tow truck driver to arrive after minutes sitting outside for the car they said would be right out Very unprofessional and the driver who did get our car took about minutes to return after getting into the lot then is extremely rude and tells us to move away from his building
