Review: I paid this company money to renew my security license and they did not send this information to the NY State Dept of Licensing and I called to verify this with the NYState Dept of Lic and they do not have my information. I also currently still have my receipt of my completion of class from the CJL Securities School, when I went back to the building in which I did my training they are no longer located at the address [redacted] and there is no forwarding address or telephone number. I am currently being hired by a very good company and I can't renew my license because they have not sent any of my paperwork to the state. I may mis this great opportunity because of their negligence.Desired Settlement: I would like my full amount of money spent to this company as well as a notice or alarm attached to this company's name if any other person should want this company to assist them in getting a security license. No one should

Review: I took my 8 and 16 hour classes at CJL security in December 2011. These certs dont expire. I recently was told by my security company that only my 8 hr course has been registered with the state. The state has no record of me taking a 16 hr course or my 8 hr annual course. I started trying to contact the schools director in early September. I called twice during the week of 9/*-9/*. I was able to get through to a person twice and each time I explained the situation and was told I had to speak to the director [redacted]. I left my phone number and was told he would call me back. No one ever called. I called again on the [redacted] and was told he wasnt available and they didnt know when he would be. I went down to the school on [redacted] on 9/**. I was able to meet with [redacted] who told me all of my info was right in his system and should be registered with the state. He asked for my number and told me he was going to call the state and find out what the problem was and get it fixed. He told me to expect a call back but if he didnt have time to call the issue would be fixed. It is now 10/** and he never called and the problem isnt fixed. I called today and was told he is not in office today.Desired Settlement: I want the courses that I paid for on file with the state. The courses are my 16hr from december 2011 and the 8 r annual I just took in Aug 2013. I don't understand how this is such a big issue to take care of. For the past month ive been trying to contact this company and I never can. When I finally am able to i'm told it will be fixed and it never was. Either get it fixed or give me my money back and ill go to a different school who can get it done.

Review: I went to cjl security services for my 8-16 hr course for security training and certification. I paid a $100.00 fee to take 8-16 classes. I completed my 8 hr class and recieved my certificate. I completed my 1st part of the 16 hr class and the day I went to take the 2nd part of the 16 hr course and recieve my certificate they canceled the class and said they would contact everyone when the classes were going to continue. I never heard from anyone I went to the office it was closed I called no answer I left numerous voicemail messages no one called back went online and got the owners number and called the number is not a working number. ive tryed everything to get some type of clarity and verification. no progress. what do I do?Desired Settlement: im hoping to either recieve a refund or my 16 hr certificate
