[redacted]). Please seethe attached documents:1. A Copy of clean New York State title that is dearly not marked or branded and states the vehiclein question has not been wrecked or altered.2. Also a copy of an auto check report ran this morning (1/28/17) still showing only 1 reportedaccident. Please note that any insurance claim against said vehicle regardless of how minor canresult in the reported accident section.3. We are required to provide the lending institution with all title documents prior to themapproving the loan so that they may review and investigate said title to assure the vehicle is notbranded. Empower FCU does not loan money on branded vehicles.In closing we pride ourselves in selling quality vehicles and to always try to put our customer'sbest interest first. We feel we have provided ample proof that we have honestly representedsaid vehicle to the best of our knowledge. After reviewing all documents and speaking with Chris it is our position that all necessary repairs where made. As far as the exhaust system is concerned the type of muffler that is on the vehicle has nothing to do with NYS Inspection. It is my understanding that this is the same muffler that was on the vehicle when the customer purchased it. Phone response from Chris - we have repaired what was necessary, and his truck is all set.
