I have received a collection notice ambulance service rendered in March 2014. I have never received a bill from Rural Metro Corp. I received a collection notice from [redacted] for $503.67 I called my Ins carrier They had no better luck then I did trying to contact them. I was placed on hold or received no answer. On Tues 06 26 2016 I did talk to some one who stated if I paid the bill right off it would only be $403.67. Rural Metro has not called or submitted a bill in 2 years 4 months. I have never received A notice of collection before. . I'm concerned this will hurt my credit rating.
After ambulance ride they ignored my insurance information even though my insurance covers ambulance transport and they sent my bill to collections
