I am rejecting this response because:OK, for the first problem, we have same viewPlease return $immediatelyFor the second issue, I can not accept.Yes, you installed the heating system and came back and forth 3-times, which is because your technician can not make the system work normalI almost sue your company and feel very bad to your technician’s skillSome issues I know and your technician does not knowYes, City inspector also came to LOOK but checkThe city inspector came to my home and put the stamp on, no more than minutesJim, your technician, one of the technicians who has bad skill, did horrible job at 3/21/He even does not wire disconnectionI am so surprised that you are still hiring this kind of technicianCombined the things happen at 3/21/and the very beginning things of back and forth once and once again, I make a conclusion that your company is very non-professional, unlike what my neighbor introducesIt is your non-professional skill and technicians that cause the wires have been connection wrong way and/or non-connection at all at very beginningYou must be responsible for your non-professional action Because the wrong connection and non-connection, the machine has less life or been damagedTherefore, I ask dollars refund and years extra labor and part warrantyIf you do not believe the report of [redacted] Inc., I ask the related staff in [redacted] , they offer me the same answerWell, if you still do not believe what [redacted] Incand [redacted] and I said, you might inquire any professional company and tell what you did is professional or non-professionalFinally, I insist that dollars refund and years extra labor and part warranty Regards, [redacted] **

Mr*** chose to issue a complaint to the Revdex.com instead of calling our office to resolve his issue. Upon receiving this message, we called Mr*** and told him to ignore the statement he received for $89. His account has been credited as he requested

Thank you so much for taking your time to write about your
concerns. We have reviewed your files,
emailed back and forth several times, talked with your personally on the phone,
talked with our staff members that have been involved during this process and
we have come to the following decisions:
1-
We will write you a check for $to refund
your discounted diagnostic fee due to the reason that we were unable to get
your outdoor unit (Heat Pump) up and running while we were there on March 21,
2016. From the copy of your invoice you
sent us, we have learned that another company was able to find a broken wire in
the outdoor unit (Heat Pump) and was able to repair it so your equipment has
been working properly since then. You
have agreed to this and we will make this happen as soon as this process is
complete
2-
You also asked for $to be given back to
you for your troubles in this matter. We
feel that because you were fixed within hours on March 21, that your
troubles were limited to be solved within a reasonable time frame and no money
or refund should be issued
3-
You asked for your warranty to be extended to
years on parts and also years on labor.
I am not sure that you are aware, but your indoor unit (Air Handler)
that we properly installed on 12-5-has a manufacturer warranty of years
through ***, good till 12-5-2024. Any
*** HVAC dealer can service and maintain your equipment so you will still
have a good standing for this warranty even though we will personally no longer
service or maintain your equipment. As
you know from the paperwork you signed during the installation your labor
warranty was year and it expired on 12-5-15.
It cannot be extended at this time
After talking with you over the
phone and several emails, we were unable to find an option that worked to
satisfy you as a customer. Because of
this, we decided to part ways and offer you 100% of your money back and come
out and remove the equipment that we installed on 12-5-free of charge. You agreed over the phone to have this work
done. We were waiting for you to pick a
date for this work to be completed and then you changed your mind again, and
you said “I disagree that you uninstall the installed air handlers.”
At this time, we
feel that we are going in circles and are unable to satisfy you as a customer
You stated in your last response that you reject our offer and because of the
second issue you will not be removing your complaint. You stated “…feasible way to solve the second issue so that I can close Revdex.com
file.” You also later state in the same paragraph “that your company
should pay for your mistakes whatever the pay is more or less.”
The only thing
left to discuss is what you refer to as the second issue. This is in reference to the indoor unit (air
handler) we installed on 12-5-14. We
agree with the City of Columbus Inspection Department that we did install your
indoor unit (air handler) correctly and free from mistakes. The city had two inspections and passed both
of them. You enjoyed your new indoor
unit (air handler) for months during extreme hot weather and cold weather
with no signs of it not working properly.
We are confident that you would have contacted us if your equipment was
not satisfying your needsBecause there was no contact or attempt to contact us,
we can logically say that you too agree with the City of Columbus that your
indoor unit (air handler) was properly installed and free from mistakes.
In closing at
this time, we only agree to refund the $as soon as this process is
complete. Because we were unable to agree
on any other feasible way, this replaces all other offers or discussions
and is our final decision

Thank you for allowing
us to address this matter We were unable to reach the homeowner via the
phone number we have on file of ###-###-####, or the number that they emailed
us on 3-21-as ###-###-####
Roman",serif">We received the same
letter via email as what is stated on this complaint Here is what we
have on file:We installed the indoor
air handler on 12-5-The city inspection of our work was checked and passed
for equipment proper installation on 12-17- We have not been back to
the property for any reason on the indoor unit or on our installation of the
indoor unit since We returned to this
property three times in December to help with issues on the outdoor unit
(which we did not install or hold any warranty to) Then, months later
on March 21, we were dispatched to help the homeowner on a having another
issue with the outdoor heat pump which was not working When we got there
our technician noted that he found the circuit board was not responding and
quoted the cost for a new part We are unsure of any warranties the
outdoor unit may or may not have The total charge was $69.00.The homeowner states in
his complaint that the company that installed his outdoor heat pump was able to
find a broken wire, which was making the circuit board loose power He
repair the wire and the unit is running Our service technician was unable to find the broken wire and I
agree that we should refund the homeowner his $diagnostic fee We
are glad that the homeowner's issue with the outdoor unit is corrected. The indoor unit was
installed correctly and doubled checked from a City Inspector and it worked
properly for months, during hot temperatures and cold temperatures without
any notifications of concerns or complaints The manufacturer warranties
cannot be purchased or extended after days passed installation so adding an
extra year labor and part warranty is not an option As to a reimbursement
of $500, we are unclear on what the reimbursement would be credited for seeing
how the installation was correct, passed all city inspections and worked
properly without complaint for months
Please let us know how
we can be of assistance with this matter and we look forward to resolving this matter
efficiently

I am rejecting this response because:1. OK, for the first problem, we have same view. Please  return $69 immediately.2. For the second issue, I can not accept.Yes, you installed the heating system and came back and forth 3-4 times, which is because your technician can not make the system work normal. I almost sue your company and feel very bad to your technician’s skill. Some issues I know and your technician does not know. Yes, City inspector also came to LOOK but check. The city inspector came to my home and put the stamp on, no more than 5 minutes. Jim, your technician, one of the technicians who has bad skill, did horrible job at 3/21/16. He even does not wire disconnection. I am so surprised that you are still hiring this kind of technician. Combined the things happen at 3/21/16 and the very beginning things of back and forth once and once again, I make a conclusion that your company is very non-professional, unlike what my neighbor introduces. It is your non-professional skill and technicians that cause the wires have been connection wrong way and/or non-connection at all at very beginning. You must be responsible for your non-professional action.  Because the wrong connection and non-connection, the machine has less life or been damaged. Therefore, I ask 500 dollars refund and 5 years extra labor and part warranty. If you do not believe the report of [redacted] Inc., I ask the related staff in [redacted], they offer me the same answer. Well, if you still do not believe what [redacted] Inc. and [redacted] and I said, you might inquire any professional company and tell what you did is professional or non-professional. Finally, I insist that 500 dollars refund and 5 years extra labor and part warranty.
Regards,
[redacted]
