CJS Heating & Air

We came home with no A/C so we called Rex Byers to send someone out to look at our inside unit..the guy says they can’t fix it and it has to be replaced leaving us with no A/C..we called the next week to have them come install a new furnace/ac unit..2 guys came and in the middle of the install they leave to go back to the office for lunch (pizza) and finished about 4:30..didn’t even put a new filter back in used the old one..August 19-2019 came home to find the new carpet was soaking wet in front of the new unit and in the hallway and bedroom called them to send someone out the guy came and said another crew has to come fix this and before he left I told him we can’t stay here without air so he brought back 1 portable a/c unit didn’t tell us how to use it or how to hook it to the window so it could vent or that it has to drain we had water all over the kitchen floor we had an appointment and I had to leave work to be here for them to get in our house we waited and waited nobody showed so I called the office to see where they were and Chris tells me they are still at another house and it’s with elderly people that need air so I tell her we need air too my husband is sick and has to have air so very rudely she tells me she will see how long before someone can be at our house..they finally show up 2 hours later..2 guys came out and as the other guy said the unit was no installed correctly and it’s not level so they put something under the unit to level it and that was it they left..btw put booties on but kept them on going in and out of our home and we have new carpet..called to talk to someone about cleaning our carpets and replacing the dresser and bookshelf that were damaged (9-26-19) sent her pictures she said she will get the carpet cleaners out to our house and didn’t hear anything so again I text her (9-9-19) to ask what is going on she says I’m working on the furniture and the carpet cleaners should have called me and that she would call them again it is now 9-30-19 still heard NOTHING!!
