will get in them. #2 No one in the kitchen has short dark hair, but the customer who made the complaint does. #3 The meal was about 80% eaten before my server was made aware of any problem. #4 This is a first at our restaurant in over 4 1/2 years. I asked the customer how he wanted it resolved and he said that was the wrong question. I offered to give them both meals for free and they didn't want that either. He asked how much the bill was, I told him and he paid. If they would like a refund for the sausage patty that would be fine. They are $3. P.S. Leaving comments on the business answering machine doesn't help there case.

What is shocking, is that the owner's are STILL making excuses. So because you were tired, you are allowed to treat people with disrespect? That's how you run your business? The truth is we are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the response, but are through expending energy on a situation that will never be made right. The point of filing the complaint was never to receive a refund or about the money it was to let other paying customers know how they will be treated at this establishment and to send a message to the owners-that they cannot treat people in such a rude, accusing, and disrespectful way.
